Slide out scrapes the floor and leaves gouging. Recliner love seat is installed wrong and binds when putting footrest down. Refrigeratordoor wont openunlessyouuse a small screwdriver. I've had this thing 1 year and used it once. Ive spent more time repairing than using.

I bought a brand new torque t331 in April, I’ve had nothing but issues with the camper. I knew buying a new camper there would be little issues but nothing like this. Slide out won’t go out after 5 months of owning, The fridge doesn’t work on gas, a couple lights don’t work, subwoofer not working, there are water leaks on both side of the front slide out. Along with all of that the toilets won’t hold water in them, and the black water valve leaks all of the time. The craftsmanship of the whole camper is just awful, there are wood chip in the caulk where they sealed outside parts because they were too lazy to clean them after cutting panels out. The frame is rusted and looks to be about 10 years old already, dust covers and leaf’s springs are covered in rust. I have a 2015 coachmen and the frame looks 10 times better than this brand new camper.

I live in this RV 4 months out of the year boondocking With the Solar I installed we have plenty of power for watching TV, making coffee in the morning. We have had other to haulers but this one is the best we have ever owned. With the separate garage it is nice to not have to unload every time we stop. With the automatic satellite locater just one touch of the button and it finds the correct satellite. The one touch button for stabilizing is very handy.

I bought a brand new Heartland T285 Torque toy hauler I took it home put out the slide loaded it with all my things I then pulled in the slide and went to put fuel in both fuel cells. Went back home and the slide wouldn’t go back out. I called the dealer they got me right in. They told me I would need a new H frame Then the games started. The dealer pointed finger to Heartland so I Called their customer service to see what we could do to get parts to repair. They said there was nothing they could do to help get the pieces that it was between myself and the selling dealer. No one from the selling dealer cared until I brought up an attorney then they told me to call Heartland. It took nine weeks the get the H frame. Meanwhile they were building new trailers everyday all they wanted to say was it was related to COVID. The dealer repaired it and all of the other issues. I sold it the next day. I guess spending $60,000 for a new trailer doesn’t mean they care about you as a customer. I will never purchase anything built by Heartland

On Punch-Out list found out that all four corners of RV leaked. Along with 10 other pages that are wrong with camper. Have contacted Camping World of Ashland Virginia numerous times and numerous ways and nobody will help correct the many issues wrong with this camper! Camping World support nor Heartland will contact me! Do not buy Heartland!

The toilet in the 2nd bathroom is constantly clogging. The quality of the recliners is only fair. On the first trip, the one of the recline releases broke. Even with these problems, we have been satisfied with the camper as a whole.
