I went into camping world, before I knew better, I picked out a fantastic camper to fit my needs as a disabled person and so I could live in while furthering my education. I didn’t need much space as it was only me and I needed to be mobile. Well the camper was silvered at night, I had been at camping world all day long with a total of 6 hours driving. I looked at many campers and I know the inside but not sure of the brand but it’s written down on my papers. Anyway that wasn’t the camper I paid for because I was charged for it and not the price of the pioneer be 70. Not to mention over the next couple months, the camper to fall apart and I mean that literally, the shower fell in on me knocking me out of the shower my right shoulder again, which is already a replacement. There is the stress fracture under the sink. nothing seem to work and everything seemed to be going completely wrong. It’s put together very cheaply. The laminate is peeling off the cabinets. Camper has flooded several times due to the seal on the slide being ripped when it was coming in. Camping world sent a third part they fix it, it was pieced together. Of course it’s gonna continue to leak as it did. The sensors on the tanks have never worked. The locks never worked. I’ve replaced them several times. The Camper is literally a lemon. And it’s not what I ordered so I guess this is a review of Camping World and this camper and there’s so much more I’m not even mentioning because this is so unreal. You’re not buy this camper. And do not buy anything from heartland. You will not get a response from them much less any help when it’s all manufacturer stuff as far as Camping World goes. They are downright rude. I would’ve never set foot in that store again

Bought this trailer in 2019 new from Camping World Kingston NY, 1st trip out 4th of July weekend the shower detached from the wall, towel ring feel off and the aerator on the kitchen sink split. The factory wanted me to ship it back to the factory and lose months of camping all the while making monthly payments, they then sent me a list of local repair shops and the one I went to repaired the shower as best they could and when I called back to have it fixed they told me they were never paid by Heartland and would not do the work unless I paid out of pocket. The best part is when I called Heartland they had no record of this repair, the only repair the had for a door replacement 1 month before I even bought the trailer. Then there was a bent axle and Heartland told me it was not their responsibility. I contacted the axle manufacturer and within 5 minutes on the phone they were shipping me a new axle, which I changed myself in my driveway, as well as having to replace both tires. Now lets get to the roof, somewhere for sometime the roof was leaking down in to the wall so where the canopy is bolted is now loose and not once while inspecting the roof did I ever see anywhere that looked suspicous. Then right before a trip out the water was pouring in through the bedroom light as it had finally became apparent there was an issue. It looks like during construction there was a big gap left on the roof and the wall that someone filled with what appeared to be construction putty covered with caulking. I made a quick fix and after the trip had it fixed at a repair shop and it was them who pointed out that this was going on for some time. Well wouldn't you know it it is leaking again but from somewhere else that I have yet to confirm but what is confirmed is that I now have to replace the ceiling in the bedroom. This trailer has been plagued by poor craftsmanship, poor quality materials and no quality control and no concern for the customers hard earned money. I would never reccomend a Heartland product to anyone, they do not stand by their poor work.

I WAS AT AN RV PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE, TEMPERATURE AT MIDDAY WAS 94 OUTSIDE, HAD LEFT THE AC ON SINCE 8AM RETURNED MIDDAY TO FINE THE TRAILER WAS 88 DEGREES INSIDE. THE AC ONLY COOLED THE UNIT 6 DEGREES DIFFERENCE FROM THE OUTSIDE. TRIED WORKING WITH HEARTLAND AND SO FAR JUST GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY SAID MINIMUM DIFFERENCE SHOULD BE 13 DEGREES. THIS UNIT IS POORLY MADE, THE MAIN DOOR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 4 TIMES AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT. ALSO DOESN’T SEEM TO BE FRAMED CORRECTLY NO WOOD FRAME AROUND THE EXTERIOR DOOR, DOESN’T SEEM TO HAVE INSULATION. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING THIS UNIT

We purchased our trailer late summer , used lots till end of September. We love our trailer. So easy to set up and to back into the camping spaces. Having everything electric makes it soo nice. The fridge and freezer are amazing. We are very pleased with the room, we have a German shepherd and a little Chihuahua. Everyone fits nicely at night. Love ,love the sound system, specially if you have your tv hooked to it. The blue tooth is a very nice feature. We found it had Adequate enough storage inside and in the front of the trailer. Out side shower is such a nice feature and easy access. The electric awning is 14ft and provides very nice shade and rain cover. Owning our 2022 Heartland Pioneer RD210 definitely has changed our camping and traveling experience for the better. Looking forward to more adventures!!!

Brand new, first long trip of about 800 miles. Back to the dealer! But before that when I first brought it home I went through it and found they had not even connected the plumbing! The parts to the sink drain were lying on the floor. he support under the hot water tank was one inch too short, didn't even come close to actually supporting the tank. Ever screw was loose throughout. Then on the road the tin siding started detaching, it stuck out three inches. Something inside the wall was trying to penetrate it. Entire length of siding will need replacing. One of the axles is wrong and need replacement. THE ENTIRE CAMPER WAS NOT - EVER - ATTATCHED TO THE CHASSIS!!! All, and I do mean all, the mounting bolts had not been tightened and were not even in contact with the chassis. Can't open the door when it's warm. There's more, including a couple of dealer (Camping World) fails as well.

2021 Pioneer BH 322. Luckily for me, my water pump began failing when the trailer was less than a few months in my possession but have no fear, Heartland sent me out a cheap check valve with the wrong connections so I couldn't fix it anyway. The lucky part is that the lettuce washer from McDonalds that installed the hot water heater piping used a flex hose that has an inner diameter too big for the barbed fittings and him being the lettuce washer, doesn't know what teflon tape is. The result is too small leaks which I caught before they could do any real damage.
