We purchased a new Heartland Mallard Pathfinder from Camping World in Grand Rapids, MI during July 2022. When we got home, 90 minutes later, and opened the door the furnace had fallen out of the wall and was attached only by the gas line. It had not been installed properly. The shelf over the bed had come loose on one end and was hanging toward the bed by the other end. The front decals were peeling. We hooked up electricity and turned the light on and discovered the shower pan was cracked. We contacted the dealer and made an appointment to get the camper fixed. While we were waiting for our appointment we discovered the microwave was broken and that the smoke alarm went off every time it rained. The queen mattress is so thin and flimsy that you sink to the board it lays on. The plugs and USB ports don’t feel like they are attached well. The first time we took it camping the toilet started leaking. It’s takes weeks to months to get replacement parts from Heartland and some have been incorrect parts when received by the dealership and had to be ordered again.

Quality of craftsmanship is horrible on the one I bought. Getting them for fix anything has been horrible, bought in September 21 and it in now the end of February and still waiting. Reported things the first day and still nothing for 6 months. I was told the warranty was great but I have not seen it yet. I do not recommend buying this model. It could also be the dealer I bought from. I am going to give them another month before I do a review on them.

Beautiful rv at first glance. But... poorly made! Trim comes off, nails show up thru the walls, terrible design of the shower and stove/oven as far as cleaning! Caulking peels off from most anywhere, front door and slide you can see daylight against the door frame or bottom corner. Very noisy AC and heater. Vent for heater in bathroom puts out very little heat. Poorly designed wardrobe area, doors open wrong way and you have to climb on bed to access them. You need a stool to get up onto the mattress. Refrigerator works great, slide operates easily, front awning has not work correctly or the electric stabilizer Jack. Stiching on loveseat was separating. Very bright leds on front of rv that a neighbor or two have complained. Paint on bumper already fading

Bought unit from showroom floor due to mess up on the original one we wanted.
RV bathroom is very small, toilet lid hits the wall doesn’t stay up at all.
Can’t open small overhead cabinet over tv hook up when the slide is out ( yes OUT) !!!
Took out one chair in the back because there’s no room to walk through.
Bedroom cabinet over bed is built in like a coffin!!! Yes you read that correctly a coffin. Have to crawl in and out of bed to use it.
Definitely a headache literally due to smacking your head!
Counter space……. What space!!
Would like to return if I could.
