Hundreds on major issues. Been back to the factory twice for a total of 6 months out of the 17 months that I have had it. New roof, new slide out, couches can out of the floor while in toy, refrigerator and freezer door latches come open during travel dumping all contents on the floor. Three new doors on fridge due to in transit dents, trim through out falling off, wrinkles in paneling, half bath door wall was replaced, front door replaced, two large storage door outside replaced, slide out seals blowing out during tow, and on and on. we bought the unit in March of this year and picked it up at the end of April. After having it for 2 days we realized there were numerous problems including the roof leaking in all rooms, so we took it back. the dealership had it for another 2 months. we took it to travel across country as i just retired from the Military. in the first 300 miles, the firdge door locks broke, a 30 pound light fixture fell of the ceiling, the microwave mount fell off, shower doors broke after already being fixed once, auto level does not work and so many little trim peices have fallen off. the last thing was the firdge came out of the wall and injured my back and head. this prodcut was obviosely thrown together with no QA.. i have told the company for 3 weeks that this RV is unsafe, today they told me it was too close to a holiday weekend and why did i wait to talk to them!!!!! We looked for weeks at different campers and when we stepped into this one, we knew it was the one for us immediately. The unique floor plan and beauty of the camper from all angles, we had to have it! The windows throughout this fifth wheel are panoramic which makes it feel even larger than it is! The master bedroom has a comfortable bed which was such a huge bonus for us. The storage throughout was plenty enough for our family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with a large residential sized fridge which was a huge plus for us as well. The hot water tank was a large capacity so the showers were always long and hot(just the way I like it) with a large shower stall, which was different from the other campers we viewed, and being a tall woman, the full sized shower made me very happy. I could go on and on about why I love this trailer. If you’re considering this model, DO IT. Trust me. It’s worth every penny. Show less

This 5th wheel is perfect for full timers. It has all the amenities you normally have at home and then some. The quality in craftsmanship is second to none. You can tell no cheap parts were used to build this RV. Show less

We bought ours Jan 2019. Brand new Lamesa Phoenix az Was delivered tv open shower doors open. Doors between the bedrooms been going back and forth Told them make sure everything works . The marble is broke under the fireplace. Entrance door open hitting the holding bar. Would not stay latched . Driver saif i just deliver Many issues took it to Albuquerque nm 3 days nothing got fixed. There was more wrong after we left. They have no idea about the new wi fi and how things are hooked up but sell them The outside light above the door did not work the fan did not work . 2 and half years later still don't work Been told there is a secret switch..for 3rd ac and fan..why would there be a secret switch.i have looked in every cupboard nothing . Just why hidden. If its something your going to use.. 3rd ac unit was not working or fan yet .one section of the recliner did not work opened up and wiring was different than the other ones, there is wi fi boxes on walls to run lights . No one knows how to set them up. Called Lipperd and heartland no one could help Went on first trip Levelers were trying to tip us over. Called was on the phone 4 hours maybe the box in the back. Was told sometimes there tie rapped and they break..something that is up under the camper No one could tell us were it is. Get a tec out there.. sounds easy And also commented did we know how to use a level My husbund hung up were in our 60s. So yes. But it was still trying to tip . Tired off the ground crazy . A year later still no one to fix them without a apt months later Husbund works can't just take and leave and get . And no mobil units to even mess with levelers also water system was filling the tank air in the system. called no one has it can order it 2 weeks to a month .. we are traveling. Wtf my husbund took it apart a o ring broke . Can't get them either Not round thicker on one side. So he put cylocone.temp fix . Called Hartland direct talked to a jim once. Under warrantee 3 years . This trip nothing is still been fixed talked to a Laurie at heartland again . She seems very helpful But to get someone to work on it still nothing.she called a repair shop going to get us fixed up. Talked to him No can look at it if we need parts will have to order no one has anything. So she is suppose to call back. Yet to hear back. Without being told June to Aug. I just know we had a cyclone toy hauler and problems But this is the biggest lemon yet and we bought them brand new thinking no problems. Just not sure what to do Know will never buy a heartland again there warrantee is ok maybe. Never can get anything done A big disappointment have screwed and fixed a lot of things ourself . This one and a half bathroom fifth wheel is the perfect size for extended living with all conveniences imaginable to make your stay very pleasant. It has three ACs one and a half bathrooms dishwasher stackable washer and dryer king power bed in master suite with four walk in closet all seating is power massager and heated with very comfortable light gray leather seating 55 inch TV with surround sound and exterior entertainment center also a really comfortable Rv Show less

From the outside it’s a nice looking RV. Have looked at 100’s of trailers and this floor plan was exactly what I was looking for. Spacious living area. The half bath was a plus. Nice bedroom and master bath. For outside entertainment the awnings are nice and the outside TV. It’s a big enough trailer you can entertain inside and out. The decor is nice and the day and night shades is great. Lots of cabinet space. Was looking for something to use full time. This is not a RV for a family. I would recommend trailer. Knowing that all trailers have issues, we have had a few from day one such as underbelly flooded with water, bolts on the struts holding the pull down steps broke ripping the floor by the door, latch holding TV was installed improperly causing Tv to swing out during travel busting tv; new weather seals around slides failed, split and ripped off. Wall on corner at kitchen and bathroom split apart. All repairs were paid by manufacturer. Show less

We were looking for an RV that had room, large bathroom, privacy if one wanted to go to bed you would have access to restroom without disturbing the one sleeping. We loved the induction cook top, makes cleaning so easy. We loved everything about this RV. Would highly recommend it if your looking for room and not a closed in environment. Loved the idea of carpet being in living room and bedroom. The large island bar area is wonderful. So much cabinet spaces throughout the entire RV. The privacy shades are wonderful as you can see out and no one can see in. This is truly the RV to have. Show less

1st time owner of a RV Water leaks from day one -Various leaks had occurred under kitchen piping -Kitchen Sink Faucet Penetration is not sealed under faucet body -Kitchen basket Strainer had tiny leak at pipe connection -Water Heater Connections were leaky especially when unit was heating water. This RV is a very livable floor plan. I love having the 2 bathrooms with the master being very large. I have had few issues with it and very easy to tow. Good quality cabinetry and woodwork. Would highly recommend Heartland's Landmark 365 series and would buy again. Show less
