We purchased this RV used and have owned it for four years. We moved to a much more expensive location that we anticipated being a relatively short-term stay. As such we chose to live more affordably and to escape the higher crime rates of cities by living outside of the city in a neighboring small town. We had it towed for us so between that and owning it well after the warranty expired we cannot speak to those.
RV's really are not made for full time living so we anticipated having repairs to make and we have had to make a few. Because I am pretty handy they were reasonably affordable fixes. 39 feet of living space with four slide outs (two of them opposing each other in the living room) make for a pretty large living space as RV's go. These three years have had some challenges, but it is TOTALLY livable.

Critters got into the wiring. Have no hot water or AC in the bedroom. Landmark would not give my repair guy a schematic to figure out my problem. Proprietary info I was told. Dealer is always "backed up," see you in 6 to 8 weeks. Shody workmanship on the enterior. Loose the freaking nail gun or atleast use a little liquid nail BEFORE nailing everything. The KANTLEAK system, only leaks. The factory sent me two more and they are crap! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HEARTLAND AND LAMESA RV!!

New roof, new slide out, couches can out of the floor while in toy, refrigerator and freezer door latches come open during travel dumping all contents on the floor. Three new doors on fridge due to in transit dents, trim through out falling off, wrinkles in paneling, half bath door wall was replaced, front door replaced, two large storage door outside replaced, slide out seals blowing out during tow, and on and on. A complete piece of crap and a waste of money.

We quite enjoy the layout! Having the extra large bedroom slide allows for ample closet and storage space. The only caveat being when you travel it's wise to move heavy items to the rear central floor.
Quality. Many things are good but... within a year the bedroom slide floor was totally soft. Factory said bring it to them but that was unreasonable. Local repair shops wanted $4k plus - ridiculous. We self fixed under $200. Just like a boat, you need some ingenuity.
Kitchen floor under the fridge also rotted due to the manufacturers use of garbage water line to the ice maker which called in the first year. Replaced with braided stainless and no problems since. All the caulking was garbage so we redid the entire unit. Full paint job is cracking mostly on dark paint surfaces. Keep on waxing! Overhead rear clearance light fell off and is impossible to find a replacement. Darn.
My recommendation would be only purchase if you know how to fix lots of stuff! And good luck!
FYI, our previous fiver was a Holiday Rambler Presidential 5 slide. Just as many issues plus it burnt down due to a fridge fire. Double darn!

Panels fell off walls, doors were chipped , the contact paper on wood molding was poor. On our second trip we had 5 water leaks including water coming out of our furnace , that shouldn’t have any water in. The covid camper it is had with lack of craftsmanship being so poor and no shelves in any cupboards. Cheapness eeverywhere

We looked for weeks at different campers and when we stepped into this one, we knew it was the one for us immediately. The unique floor plan and beauty of the camper from all angles, we had to have it! The windows throughout this fifth wheel are panoramic which makes it feel even larger than it is! The master bedroom has a comfortable bed which was such a huge bonus for us. The storage throughout was plenty enough for our family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with a large residential sized fridge which was a huge plus for us as well. The hot water tank was a large capacity so the showers were always long and hot(just the way I like it) with a large shower stall, which was different from the other campers we viewed, and being a tall woman, the full sized shower made me very happy. I could go on and on about why I love this trailer. If you’re considering this model, DO IT. Trust me. It’s worth every penny.
