I purchased a 2022 Twilight Signature TWS 2690 Jan. 22 in Ft Worth Tx. for $39,000. I drove 250 miles to pick it up at Motor Home Specialist. There was a small dent on the driver side that they did not tell me about. Visually it looked really nice inside and out.. Walk thur was just the Basic item no detail to some items like where they were or how they worked. Got home saw dust everywhere and trim falling off. Spent over a week opening Access doors to check workmanship and was amazed at the quality. Don’t thank they ever used a vacuum cleaner. Trimmings, screws and wood scraps left in all enclosed areas. Shower platform not secure. Many screws put in to tight and split the wood work. By the workmanship of manufacturing the trailer I can imagine what the warranty work is going to be like. Probably won’t do warranty work unless it’s something real major. The wiring behind the inverter and fuse panel was a nightmare, electrical wires going everywhere not dressed up like they should’ve been, a hole in the floor behind the breaker panel that I could see light from the belly area. The wiring under the trailer is very sloppy not properly dressed and supported properly. The gas line is so long they looped it over the battery and the 7 pin plug is so long it popped out of the truck connector on the way home. I just hope that the integrity of the structure is sound and holds together. Hope I don’t find very many more discrepancies. I should have done my research but my wife was sick and I didn’t take time to go and look at it before hand as I relied on the pictures on the Internet. So if you want to purchase a product from Heartland industries check it out first, as I texted Heartland about the craftsmanship of their products and never heard back from them. I have serval pictures I would like to post.
