Heartland Cyclone Toy Hauler reviews

This is the first rv manufacturer to offer the side deck as well as the rear deck. The side deck sets this rv apart from all others. You can easily stay dry during rain and yet still be outside. This rv is well built and easy to travel with two or three couples since it has two full bathrooms. It is long and heavy so towing should only be completed using a dually for better stability. We have enjoyed this rv for several years and haven't seen any floor plans to match it's livability. Show less

Reviewed over 100 toyhauler floorplans and the 4006 met all requirements. Living room with 4 recliners and seating set up for easy conversation and large flatscreen viewing. Three separate AC's were a must. Extra half bath really handy when boondocking. LOTS of kitchen cabinets and counter top. Easy to use oven - no more manually lighting the pilot. Show less

Bought this rv new this rv has been in dealership and repair shop for 42 weeks out of 52 only got to use it 4 times every time we used it found things wrong 18 pages of issues heartland does not want to extend the warranty even there is stuff has never been used and tried out to see if they work Heartland said sorry about your service but we don't want to help you Show less

We bought this toy hauler new in 2014 after doing homework on every toy hauler we could find. 2 adults 3 boys 2 Doberman 2 Indian motorcycles 1 F-350 diesel This trailer has been fantastic for 9 years and is still fantastic. When loaded for a beach trip, we are over 20,000 lbs and you don’t know it’s back there. We did have a small issue in September, 2021 when we were having the trailer Winterized and washed at General RV. They were on the roof and noticed a soft spot near the front A/C unit. As it turned out, that unit was installed incorrectly from Heartland in 2014. They stapled through the roof in the wrong direction and water got in and rotted the roof through the years. General RV in Canton, Ohio took the time and pictures and sent everything to Heartland. Heartland agreed that this was 100% their mistake. After 9 years (obviously outside of any warranty coverage), Heartland told us if we would pull the trailer to their facility in Indiana, they would completely tear off the old roof and install a new roof. Obviously, that is what we did and we currently have a 2014 trailer and a 2 year old roof. Our next trailer will be a Heartland. Show less

Worst quality, most beautiful RV we've ever owned and we have owned many. It is in the shop more than at home. The warranty dept. Spend more time arguing then recommending a fix. Can't sell it or trade since it has depreciated so much. Show less

We have loved our Cyclone 4250! We have used it in both cold weather locations Tennessee/ Georgia Mountains and warm weather locations like Blue Key FL. We often have had two families of 4 easily vacationing together. The second half bath is a huge convenience. Lots of storage in the garage and even fits our 144” side by side. It’s porches have made NASCAR spots in the infield a great immersive experience! Full size fridge and central vac! Show less

We have owned this Heartland and used it while our kids were growing up. Great living space with room for all your toys. Tows great and has all the comforts of home. Have taken it on weekend trips and have used it for long vacation periods. You can totally be off the grid with this RV. Show less

I have a 2020 3713 cyclone. Purchased at Wilkins rv in Bath New York. Overall we like it there is plenty of room and we plan on living all winter in it in Florida. We have a problem with the fridge it does not cool and the door alarms keep going off. This has been going on for a year and the dealer can not get it fixed. They should have replaced it but they haven’t. Now we have a window that leaks and I was told that I would probably have to paid for a new window. I think heartlands warranty is the worst one I have ever had. I have had different rv and never had a problem getting anything fix. It is in the dealership now hopefully is fixed this time. This is worse trailer I’ve ever owned all axles have been replaced rear axle has broken both spring hangers would never recommend to buy bunk beds go up want come down this happened twice I traded my jayco for this bad mistake Show less

Pulls excellent, lots of open room, good privacy for kids in back and plenty of space in garage, each set up, excellent lighting, comfortable recliners, garage door turns into usable deck, 3 thermostats for comfort zones Show less
