We also like the 12 cu ft frig. The power awning is easy to use. We bought it used so we did not access any factory support. We did go to one Heartland Rally. We like the integrated black water tank flush system. The factory rep was interesting to talk with about the Heartland product line.

This is more about the dealership and what kind of business they have !!
We had a blow out (I see on the reviews that this is a common problem, This is the second one we have had to do major repairs on)on Bighorn Camper in May of 2019. We took the camper to Jolly Rogers RV (that was the name of the business at the time) Now called Bish's RV in Cheyenne, WY. for the repairs. We were told the camper would be ready in August 2019. We also wanted to have some decals on the side replaced so the camper would still look good. We have dealt with the business being bought out and 2 managers and three service technicians and the repairs were done from the blowout. One fender is plastic and the other is metal. A phone call to me would have had us replacing them both to match. This all happened amidst the Corona Virus and I understand that was an issue BUT the decals on the camper were never changed out AT ALL but we were charged for them. We were told the decals were no longer available and that they would have to be custom made. The camper has been in a garage the whole time we have owned it other than when it was used (1-2 times a year for one week at a time). The exterior of the camper is not the same as when we took it to them. It was outside the whole two years and it shows wear and tear from being outside.
NEVER a phone call as to show the progress that was being done on the camper.
NO MANAGER CALLED OR SERVICE TECHNITION NO CALLS AT AT.
I was the one calling numerous times per day, week to check on the progress.
I got a text from the service department to say the camper was ready to go, I called and told them we would be there to pick it up on Saturday when I went to pick it up I was told it was road ready. The tires all had to have air put in them and none of the caps were put back on, the camper was NOT road ready to go and they had a week to get it done, for all the time the camper was there it should have been ready.
It was the worst experience I have dealt with for camper repairs and communication I have ever dealt with.
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR BUSINESS FOR NO COMMUNICATION AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON BOTH THE OWNERSHIPSHIP,MANAGERS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I have owned this model for about 3 years and have found this 5th Wheel to be great quality and an excellent 5th wheel for spending a lot of time in. The layout is great with ample room to move about and it has lots of storage both inside and out. The six point auto leveling system makes camp ground setup a breeze. I opted not to get two upgrades: the auto satellite system and washer/dryer package. My wife prefers to have the additional storage space where the washer/dryer would go and as far as the auto satellite system I carry a Tailgater to satellite and a house dish which I set up for extended stays. The trailer did come with the satellite prep package pre-wired for the Winegard Travler. When it comes to towing, I have a Ford F350 6.7 Turbo Diesel pickup which tows this trailer with ease. I was very skeptical when it came to the size and hauling this behind my truck but when we pulled out of the dealership I found it towed with no problems. I did install a Voyager Rear View Camera system and find that having it while towing makes lane changes and backing up a breeze. It has 3 slide outs and with the remote touch screen control extending the slides at a camp ground is very easy as you can monitor the slides as they extend and can stop immediately if clearance problems arise. Overall this is a great trailer to own.

We purchased our Big Horn from Curtis Trailers in Portland , Oregon. We ordered it from the RV show. Absolutely love our Big Horn. Our Heartland factory rep rep, Mike Moreland, and our Dealer rep, Trevor Curtis have been absolutely outstanding before, during and after the sale. We have always received top notch service from both gentleman!
As far as the Big Horn? This was our first ever RV purchase. We love the quality, livability and towing our Big Horn. Three years after purchasing it, and glamping at least once every moth, we are still in love with it. The auto leveling system and electric cord real make set up and tear down very simple. Can't say enough good things about our Big Horn, Heatland or Curtis Trailers. Highly recommend them! We love it so much, Trevor and Mike are now helping us upgrade to the Big a Horn Rear Den. We have so much faith in both of these guys and in Heartland, we bought it site unseen! Can't wait until it gets delivered and we go glamping!
