This RV was a nightmare from the beginning. The dealership, Camping World, charged 1200$ for a prepping fee. Al lthe did was plug the unit in and open the slide outs. They didnt remove the pencil marks from the manufacturer, didnt put the sliding door on the rails from the master bedroom, didnt fill the propane tanks, and when my wife opened the outdoor kitchen, the refrigerator fell on her! The cheap tires, of course, blew out on the highway when I had the entire family out of a cross country vacation with it. I called the Good Sams insurance that came with the unit, and they left us high and dry in the middle of Jackson Mississippi at 11pm with a blown tire. I ended up having to rig the trucks jack and fix it myself. The furnace eats propane like its a crack addict. makes all sorts of noise. you can hear when your unit furnace kicks on from across the RV park. We are stuck with the loan on it, which Im sure Heartland doenst care, but please for the love of everything holy, do NOT buy this RV!

The king size bed was the main point in getting this particular RV because it’s what we are used to at home. I would recommend it as a first timer as well as for experienced travelers.

From a cracked bathtub, leaks everywhere, a faulty toilet (warranty surprisingly did replace the toilet), the underbelly coming lose, poor construction job, etc. I’m so tired of owning this POS and can’t wait till we are done paying it off. I’ll never buy a prowler again.

Bought our travel trailer during the plandimic… Perfect couple trailer.. Room to have my grand-daughter on a weekend lake trip. Love the king bed… huge bathroom.. Being 28feet in total length makes finding camp Spots easy… Yes a few minor things have been repaired. You buy ultra light trailers well you are getting light trailers.. A few trim piece have fallen off but we have glued back.. Door lock had problem so we up graded it to keyless entry. To heavy of a light fixture didn’t make ride home.. Ordered a flush light to replace it. Been looking for bigger trailer since we have been blessed with many more grand children. Only hoping we get a great trailer like this one has been.

we really love the space and design of this RV camper. so far, and it's been a year, we've had zero problems other than 1 piece of trim I simply put back on. everything works as it should, we've been very happy with this model. we did buy the extended warranty just in case, but we have not needed to use it. I only wish the furniture was better. we did immediately replace the king mattress with a store brand, and it fit perfect. I've had several back surgeries, so having a good mattress is a huge factor for me. the rest of the furniture is cheap, but I'm sure we'll replace it eventually, but for now it works. we use this camper seasonally, so it gets well lived in. We camp with 3 very large dogs and we have plenty of room. great amount of storage space in this camper.

Beautiful rv at first glance. But... poorly made! Trim comes off, nails show up thru the walls, terrible design of the shower and stove/oven as far as cleaning! Caulking peels off from most anywhere, front door and slide you can see daylight against the door frame or bottom corner. Very noisy AC and heater. Vent for heater in bathroom puts out very little heat. Poorly designed wardrobe area, doors open wrong way and you have to climb on bed to access them. You need a stool to get up onto the mattress. Refrigerator works great, slide operates easily, front awning has not work correctly or the electric stabilizer Jack. Stiching on loveseat was separating. Very bright leds on front of rv that a neighbor or two have complained. Paint on bumper already fading

The RV itself was beautiful when we first saw it, but on our trip home from the dealer, the fascia from the slideout fell off because it wasn't nailed incorrectly. It, unfortunately, went downhill from there. For the second set of repairs, the camper sat at the dealer for over 3 months. 1) The cabinet door doesn't close correctly and is warped. 2) The letters and numbers from the stove came off with just water. 3) The refrigerator was leaking and ruined the molding below the it and the side molding on the slider... Twice! 4) The chalkboard on the refrigerator was cut poorly and you can see above it in the door. 5) There is a wiper under the slider that keeps the bugs and dirt out of the camper. IT wasn't even touching the slider. 6) One of the Air Conditioners broke after we heard a popping noise and then a smell of burned electronics. 7) One of the panels on the inside of the slider was put in bowed at the bottom. 8) The table chairs came apart and the bottoms of them were being held on by a few staples. 9) The pullout that holds the pillow under the loveseat was torn. 10) The water heater was leaking into the bedroom pullout and the floor was soaking wet from it. 11) The kitchen sink was leaking as the drains were put up with paper gaskets and no putty, and the supply lines weren't even tight. because of it, the bottom of the center island warped from the water. 13) The antenna works intermittently. 14) The water inlet to the camper was not screwed into the wood and is hanging off. 15) The table to the left of the pullout is crooked. 16) The drawers in the bedroom don't close correctly. Lastly and most recently: Our fresh water tank fell out of the camper this time thanks to not putting screws in the straps that hold the tank it. It tore up the plastic under sheathing and the vent hose for the dryer. It was like they pulled a team of people off the street that had no experience with building RVs and told them to put it together. We honestly don't want to use it anymore as we are afraid of what else might go wrong with it...

The floor plan is great and very versatile. The overall quality of the unit is junk. Bought brand new and has had nonstop problems. Roof leaks front cap failure ac failure fridge intermittently works stereo failure tv failure rear bund drops out of the ceiling randomly. Shower walls fall out on occasion window seal failure so when it rains outside it’s wet inside. Slide out no longer works. We have had so many problems that the selling dealer camping world Tucson has asked us to not bring the unit in for repair anymore and told us our business is no longer welcome. As far as heartland goes they told us welcome to the family and this is the kind of quality we should come to expect and as long has it hasn’t completely fallen apart it’s still working as designed.
