Plenty of room if you wish to entertain in there. Couch makes into queen bed also. Lots of storage in the basement, fits small refrigerator, and wired for TV, for that extra camping pleasure. Lots of storage space inside. Would not be selling if not for health issues. We love it.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in San Antonio, TX in April 2016. We were fulltime RV'ing at that time. It was our third RV and the most comfortable one of the three. The extra bathroom and stackable washer and dryer were absolutely heaven. Being able to sit in front of the fireplace on a chilly morning and sip our coffee added to the ambiance of living in the RV. We have been very careful to make any repairs needed and have kept it in top shape to the best of our ability. We even have an extended warranty with Good Sam because you never know when something might happen. Because we are both retired, we are now downsizing and will continue RV'ing adventures at a slower pace. We hope whoever buys this baby will enjoy it as much (or more) as we did.

We fell in love with this unit we had just sold Winnebago Tour Diesel pusher towing a VW so We were pleasantly surprised how well we liked what felt was extra living space in the fifth wheel we had three motorhomes previously and one other 5th wheel years ago my wife always like the old fifth wheel but I wanted a bigger motorhome. We have been camping 50 some years early tents to what we have today. I can honestly say we made this unit and the Dodge Ram 3500 4X4 exactly what we wanted so we had all the comforts of home we have toured 49 of the fifty states and loved every minute of it. We purchased both the fifty wheel and the Dodge Ram new from the dealers and added everything we wanted that the unit didn't come with also added items to the truck that we felt it needed like airbags, extra fuel tank allowing 800-1000 range so we could be particular on diesel prices and the stops for fuel. There is a toolbox for carrying supplies

This has been an excellent vehicle. We purchased it to travel for business and have used it in four Southwest States. It is 4 Season rated so we have had a great experience with the air conditioning and heating systems. No issues. This coach is set-up very much like our living room at home and is just as comfortable when we are on the road with reclining massage and heat chairs. Fireplace is a great addition to both the look and the comfort while traveling. It doubles as a space heater. I like to cook so I had plenty of storage, full size sink and 3 gas burners along with an oven and convection microwave. The bathroom is a comfortable size and has everything you need. The bedroom has a walk in closet with more storage than we every used and the space is very comfortable for 2 people. Overall the finishes and design of this coach are much nicer than many we looked at and is reasonably priced for all of the amenities.

We bought this RV in Quartszite AZ in January 2017. It rained the week after we got it and all the windows leaked and light in kitchen started coming off ceiling. The 55" tv had to also be replaced during the first 6 months. (Warranty repaired/replaced all.). Carpet started to roll in bedroom and AC thermostat wouldn't shut off. We took in to check this out and service department found that the screws were all coming out of the slide roofs, and eventually would be letting water in and then the roofs would warp, and no telling what other damage could happen. we had no idea this was even happening. It was a good thing that we were having our annual maintenance done and they found this. I contacted heartland factory (since our extended warranty would not cover structural damage. I sent them pictures upon the request of Adam and no one has gotten back to me with a reply. I have contacted them asking for a response and have gotten none. Firstly, be a great idea for all heartland owners to check their screws in the slides. (Factory installed too little of screws to hold the slide roofs on); Secondly, be sure you know structural damage isn't covered (as multiple other items aren't either) on your extended warranty. The $5,000 to repair after only 2 years and not much use is not acceptable. Very disappointed in factory for not following thru. Will post again after we get it back. If you have a heartland big Horn..Please check the roof screws on your slide outs. Report them if they are coming out... Hopefully they will do a ReCALL on this if anyone else is having this issue.

I like everything about the Bighorn 3270RS except. factory workmanship is poor. There is evidence that some skilled labor is used but some is simply unskilled and crude. Interior and exterior are pleasing to look at but remove an access panel or try troubleshooting, things go down hill. We have experienced dozens of annoying problems: drawer bottoms falling out, water heater failure, 12v hydraulic wiring overload, mysterious popping from the propane central heater, blinds falling down, cabinet door alignment. loose screws every where, bed frame broken off from bedroom slide, sloppy wiring practices, construction debris behind every access panel, roof vent wiring issue, intermittent 12v lite wiring, many more. 18 months of ownership. Heartland attempts to support by phone but usually unable to tell me anything about plumbing or wiring. To the trailer credit it seems structurally sound. It has never leaked! Needless to say I am a DIY'er. At shop rqtes or $120/hour and climbing I will continue to be.

Purchased Apr 2017. First time used noticed RV had feeling of not being level.Thought leveling system but realized floor was crowned. Returned to dealer July 5, showed how floor slopes from center floor to outside edge of floor on each side by ½“. Dealer says Warranty thinks the floor is not secured properly and instructs how to fix it. July 21 dealer says floor is secure. July 26 dealer asks us to talk directly to Warranty. Received call from Ron,at Heartland, he asks us to explain our version of the floor problem. Dealer believes the slide supports are not adequate so foam between floor layers broke down. Dealer has done everything Warranty has recommended and can’t fix the floor. He believes RV needs to go back to factory. After MONTHS of going back/forth and sending pics, Ron emailed this “I thoroughly discussed a method of repair with our service center shop supervisor and am confident it will be corrected.” RV picked up Oct 31. Warranty Div has list of other needed repairs. Rubber gaskets coming off slides, kitchen table rubs on island, fireplace squeaks, lighting on awning not working, slide stove side crowned, TV cable wired in reverse of factory instructions, pantry doorjamb bowed, kitchen sink leaks, key lock door under hitch won’t lock. RV returned to us Dec 18. FLOOR STILL CROWNED, now Warranty says it’s normal. They could not fix it, so they washed their hands of it. We have friends that worked in RV industry that believe it’s a design issue that Heartland refuses to recognize. RV left our home spotless and returned filthy outside and covered in const. dust inside (Also yellow road paint on outside and undercarriage). Emailed Ron, he replied with instructions on how to wash our RV. This RV was high dollar and built cheap. We will never buy another Heartland product. I have plenty of documentation and pics, word of mouth is everything.
