We have use out trailer about 5 time since we got it and about 5 nights each trip. One problem is the door latch which I have tried to adjust several time. It works with some effort. Give the reviews on Camping Worlds service, I won't take it to them. NOW the BIGGER problem. The battery is an Electric World and it started smoking and overheating. I looked up the reviews on this battery and there were 7 reviews. One had 3 stars but after reading the review I felt he was over generous. The other 6 were one star with the same problem. I just added one more 1 star review. If you go to Camping World BEWARE. If you do buy a camper, make sure they don't use this cheap piece of horse poop. Show less

I've owned two 2019 jayco 265 rls and now jayco 262 rls this units set up is kinda rare i believe most are 30 amp service and a 13500 btu ac mine is a 50amp service with two 15000 btu ac's in it it tows great i like the 12 volt fridge its better then the propane/ eletric that was in my 2019 my 2025 has bigger fresh water tank on it power jack is nice my only complaint is no power fan in the bathroom other then that the unit is solid . Was big believer in Jayco brand trailer and bought my third new one and have owned several new ones. Received a questionnaire from Jayco after purchase and listed all the faults and changes to the design that I didn’t like. They never responded. Have had warantee problems with things that have not worked in first year and dealer has failed to fix. Cheap things like the clock and the control for heat and air conditioning do not work and am told they were not made by Jayco and can not be fixed by warantee. Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors,cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco. Show less

We have had campers for years. This spring, we decided to purchase a large 5th wheel that was livable in the winter months in addition to shorter camping trips in the warmer months. We purchased in late April. The electronics failed on our very first trip in May, and we spent an hour on the phone with the dealer working to manually reset the electronics just so we could get the camper level: you cannot get into this model AT ALL if the camper will not automatically level. And that has been a recurring issue. On our second trip out, the electronics failed again. This time, neither the dealer nor Jayco support could help. And they both neglected to provide the crank needed to access the camper (by manually opening the main slide), so we could not get into the camper. We had to pay a mechanic to come to us just to crank out the slide. He said he has seen this problem on all newer Jaycos (he said the electronics are terrible) Nearly every system in the camper then failed to work that time, so we spent our trip in a glorified tent. Jayco fought us on covering the problems through their warranty. The camper has now been at a dealer 6 WEEKS continuously as of today, and all is still not fixed. Jayco cannot even send the correct parts for repairs. So we never did get to use the camper this summer, and are very worried about our winter trip. Bottom line: we would not recommend Jayco to our worst enemy. It has been nothing but a colossal headache. And Jayco has made it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved. Pick anyone else and any other camper. Show less

Worst decision I've ever made to buy this! I haven't even used it, slider broke, hydraulic system broke, the control system isn't working, that battery drained, no idea why- the list goes on. The warranty isn't covering any of this and why did i buy an extra warranty?!?! It is just sitting in a storage facility that i am paying for, cant use the trailer at all, making the payment and paying the insurance. I asked them to just switch my trailer out, replace it or take it back, they wont even email or call me back. DON'T BUY FROM JAYCO! Show less

All I have to say is don't buy a jayco. I left a previous review with a lot of issues, well I found more problems, I called costumer service, they said someone would contact me within 48 hours, they did not, it is like they do not care , the quality of the trailer sucks. Costumer service sucks. So save yourself a lot of head ache, DO NOT BUY A JAYCO SEIZMIC. Show less

I bought the trailer feb 2025 at rv show , it took 20weeks to get it,after multiple mix ups,still did not come with the solor system, I had to get corporate involved to get panel installed, I got tired of arguing with the dealer and installed the inverter myself,after I got it home. So DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN DRAPER UTAH. Also since I got it home, I have found water leaks, cabinet doors falling off, the fuel station wired wrong and inoperable, and fuel leaks, the bathroom pocket door misaligned, the electric water heater not working, the shower drain won't drain, slide seals torn and ripped, the gray tank main valve not sealing properly and leaking. What make me the most upset is that the factory shipped this out of there door ,and the dealer did a pdi and pencil whiped the check list that all systems worked, THEY LIED PERIOD. And no help from customer service, I have fixed everything myself, Anyway there is more but the point is I will not recommend jayco to anyone after the headache and crap I have been through. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JAYCO, AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO ALSO. Show less

Warranty is a pain. You have a hard time getting them to fix anything. My camper been in shop over a month. The way it going aummer going be gone before it fixed. WATER Heater our problem with a leak to a brand new camper hasnt been used yet. I didnt think it be this hard to fix something that brand new off the lot. Show less

After purchasing a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor, we decided to upgrade and downsize to the Jayco Jayfeather 19MRK, which is odd because the Jayco cost about the same as the Grand Design. The GD was built during the middle of the Covid pandemic, so it’s clearly a Covid Coach and it shows. The Jayfeather was purchased November 2024 and we’ve taken a few trips and have had (knock on wood) NO issues with it. It’s a small trailer with a Murphy bed but perfect for weekend/short trips, even with one large and one small dog. I upgraded the suspension with the Morryde 3000 CRE with greasable shackles and it makes a nice improvement towing with my 2024 Ford F150 Powerboost. The floor plan is smaller when the bed is down but once it’s up, there’s seating for 2-3 more people and we’ve had up to 8 people in it with no issues. An all around decent weekender once you upgrade the mattress (make sure to get a hinged bed). Factory Warranty/Support receives a five star rating only because it’s 2 years. I think ALL manufacturers should offer 2 years. Show less
