Bought this trailer in 2019 new from Camping World Kingston NY, 1st trip out 4th of July weekend the shower detached from the wall, towel ring feel off and the aerator on the kitchen sink split. The factory wanted me to ship it back to the factory and lose months of camping all the while making monthly payments, they then sent me a list of local repair shops and the one I went to repaired the shower as best they could and when I called back to have it fixed they told me they were never paid by Heartland and would not do the work unless I paid out of pocket. The best part is when I called Heartland they had no record of this repair, the only repair the had for a door replacement 1 month before I even bought the trailer. Then there was a bent axle and Heartland told me it was not their responsibility. I contacted the axle manufacturer and within 5 minutes on the phone they were shipping me a new axle, which I changed myself in my driveway, as well as having to replace both tires. Now lets get to the roof, somewhere for sometime the roof was leaking down in to the wall so where the canopy is bolted is now loose and not once while inspecting the roof did I ever see anywhere that looked suspicous. Then right before a trip out the water was pouring in through the bedroom light as it had finally became apparent there was an issue. It looks like during construction there was a big gap left on the roof and the wall that someone filled with what appeared to be construction putty covered with caulking. I made a quick fix and after the trip had it fixed at a repair shop and it was them who pointed out that this was going on for some time. Well wouldn't you know it it is leaking again but from somewhere else that I have yet to confirm but what is confirmed is that I now have to replace the ceiling in the bedroom. This trailer has been plagued by poor craftsmanship, poor quality materials and no quality control and no concern for the customers hard earned money. I would never reccomend a Heartland product to anyone, they do not stand by their poor work.

Stay away from Heartland Trail Runner 325 ODK. Probably stay away from all of their products. The dealer had our unit for most of the first 18 months of ownership rebuilding most of the unit. Shoddy workmanship from the factory looked like a drunk 12 year old put it together. Also don’t forget the surface rust on over 50% of the frame during the first inspection when we went to pick it up… hadn’t even taken possession of it yet it’s already rusting? Too much to list, the dealer practically disassembled and reassembled everything. With the amount of hours the dealer had invested in this unit there is no way they made any money on it. Any dealer selling their products should stop immediately. Don’t let Heartland ruin your businesses reputation if you are a dealer. If you’re going to buy one of these look around closely, nothing will be level, straight, or attached correctly.

Always could find space for anything I needed. ( air fryer, griddle, coffee pot, espresso machine..extra ice maker..I seriously could take it all. If you’re looking for a solid travel trailer, with comfort and style, take a look at this one . .. and we just added to it with a ton of upgrades.

As with any RV coming from a largely unregulated industry, there will be issues, I've found a few. I performed a massive shakedown combing through every system, appliance, and fastener. The main issue was an improper sealing of the wrap around windshield, this was recognized 3 months after purchase, and therefore addressed by the Heartland warranty. My contractor was paid by Heartland to perform a portion of the work, while I performed some as well. The V22 floor-plan makes the most sense regarding flow, and livability versus the V21. I felt felt the V21 was very clustered together only giving an illusion of a comfy and complete surrounding. I bought mine new Dec of 2018, and still own it. It has traveled about 4,000 miles so far, I plan to keep it for several more years till I upgrade to a full-time rig. The Terry Classic Retro is really a novelty, only being produced from 2017-2019, it's not for everyone, but overall it's been a solid camper.

I live in this RV 4 months out of the year boondocking With the Solar I installed we have plenty of power for watching TV, making coffee in the morning. We have had other to haulers but this one is the best we have ever owned. With the separate garage it is nice to not have to unload every time we stop. With the automatic satellite locater just one touch of the button and it finds the correct satellite. The one touch button for stabilizing is very handy.

This is our 6th camper. We have a Prowler 255 lx. (Our couples camper). The layout is pretty good for a small camper. It's all in what parts of the camper are most important to you. For us, it's the living area. So that's very roomy. For our added comfort, We removed the big u-shaped dinette and put the 2 recliners there so it would be easier to recline them without them hitting the sink. We put a small table and chairs in the front at the big window where the recliners used to be. The bathroom and bedroom are tight quarters but they work as needed. The slides appear to be made well and the seals are good. No leaks. The exterior quality of the cabinets are very poor. The outside of them is contact paper and already peeling off after only 1.5 yrs of summer weekend use with no children. We would have appreciated having the outlets on the wall at the kitchen area instead of under the cabinet. Sone appliances don't have cords that reach and it doesn't make sense to have extension cords running behind the sink area. Other than a few of the mentioned items. We do like the camper.

Recliner broke, fireplace broke after 1st use, I called Heatland and was told " when you buy an RV , you have to expect that! " I spend $50k , I expect it to hold together and be able to use it longer than a week. 2nd outing (owned 2 mths) pipes in bathroom leaking under shower and sink. Pipe was cracked. Had to replace all piping! 3rd outing (owned 8 mths) rubber seals tearing down off slides, leaks in windows! 🤬

This trailer has been a nightmare since our first camping trip. Swollen water tank had to be replaced, wasn’t even being properly supported, leaking roof, water pump issues, facet leaks, cabinet doors don’t close correctly, gas line issues, cheaply made recliners have pretty much fallen apart. And that’s just what came to mind. It’s been out 6 times in 2 years for just a handful of days. Never an enjoyable trip. Stay away from this trailer.
