We bought this RV from Spady Auto Sales. When we picked it up the owner was not in store but his assistant sales person was. He didn't know anything about this vehicle. We were told by the owner of Spady Auto sales everything worked on the RV. NOT! Many things wrong with it. Spady did not/would not repair or pay for repairs on said RV. Show less

“Beware” After a month of research, I ended up making the biggest mistake, I chose a 2023 Wayfarer 25RW Tiffin motorhome from Mike Thompson Rv. I paid $175000 for the biggest pile of junk on this planet. Let’s start with the dealership. Sales people are not trained properly on all the products they sell. They lie and say yes to anything you ask to get the Sale. They are suppose to show you how to use all the features, my orientation lasted less than an hour with a person that knew nothing about this particular motorhome, anything I asked, the answer was, I don’t know. I drove out of the dealership without knowing the location of the USB input to activate Apple CarPlay. The following day I spent a whole day on YouTube to figure out how to use everything. I bought this motorhome to start traveling, specifically a Vancouver trip from California. On day #4 we took off from Los Angeles towards Vancouver, did not make it past Sacramento, had to drive back because everything in this motorhome stopped working one after another. First thing we noticed, the refrigerator was not getting cold, it was plugged in while we were loading the motorhome all day, then 8 hours of driving, never got cold. Second, it was a very hot day, to use the air conditioning, I had to leave the generator on, after a couple of hours, the generator stopped running, so now we also lost the air-conditioning. We decided to turn around and head back home before we got stock out in the middle of no where. I drove the motorhome back to the dealership the next day. It is now almost 3 months that I purchased this RV, and it is still in the dealership, I’ve only used it for four days. The dealership doesn’t do any repairs themselves, apparently they drove the RV almost 30 miles out to another location to get the generator fixed, it has been there for over two weeks and now I am told it’s going to be another two weeks before they get it back. After two weeks hopefully if it’s back, they are planning to send it out to another location so that the refrigerator can be fixed. When that is fixed and sent back, they are planning to send Rv back to Mercedes for issues with the key fob & brakes. They say it will be at least another 2 to 4 weeks before I even see the motorhome. When I called to complain about this situation, I was told if I wanted to, I could pick up the motorhome and take it to all these places myself. LOL, so basically I paid $175k for a brand new motorhome to take it from one repair shop to another!!! (I don’t think so) At 60 years old, I thought I have seen it all and learned from my mistakes, boy was I wrong. I called Tiffin motorhomes twice and left a message for someone to call me back and assist with all these issues, no one called. I called Mike Thompson’s Head Quarter, and left several messages for them to call me, finally someone named Bob called and said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did. Basically, I got the short end of the stick. I am in the process of retaining an Attorney to get myself out of this nightmare. I would not recommend Tiffin Motorhome’s, nor would I recommend purchasing an RV from Mike Thompson unless you like playing Russian roulette. Show less

We purchased a brand new 2023 Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW. The list of warranty issues is growing to 2 pages after a single trip that we embarked on the day we took delivery of the vehicle. I have owned 3 RV's in my lifetime and have grown up camping with my parents and this hands down has been my favorite. It is comfortable to drive, classy to look at, easy to set up, and enjoyable to spend time in. It has lots of space to store things inside and out, you will end up having to much storage and not need it all. It is the perfect RV to drive because its not to big if you are scared to drive the bigger Rvs this one is not intimidating at all it is like driving a van or an suv. The Theater couches are to die for you can just lay in those put on a movie and forget you are even camping. This is the perfect Rv for glamping you can go as far off the grid as you want but once you are inside its like staying in a 5star luxury hotel. Show less

I’ve had this RV since new less than 3 months. I had one trip to Disneyworld for a week, wonderful no problems. I came back yesterday from an 11 day adventure to 15 states. MS, TN, AR, MO, NE, IO, SD, WY, UT, CO, ID, AZ, NM, TX , LA. Lots of national parks. (5,) lots of mountains. I put over 4600 miles. I had several 500 mile days and one 600 mile day. Two days of terrible 25-35 mph crosswinds in the mountains and the deserts of NM and TX. Crosswind Assist came on several times. I am 83 years old and I am alone. I had one problem that persisted for short period of time, the active brake assist message came on and shut down the Adaptive Cruise Control. It happened 4 times but cured itself. At 4000 miles the add DEF message came on and I added 2 1/2 gallons. Other than that everything worked perfectly. The computer showed I traveled 4656 miles, averaged 14.3 MPG and 56 MPH. I LOVE my Wayfarer. The Murphy bed is comfortable. I hated to come home but we have graduation ceremonies coming up. I’m leaving just as soon as I can. Where I hadn’t decided yet. One bit of advise, the Wayfarer is a two passenger vehicle not only because of gross weight but only has two seatbelts. It’s not a family vehicle. I weighed my vehicle with full fuel water and lots of equipment and I only had 170 lbs left to get me to the 11030 gross weight. The diesel pulls beautifully even in the mtns. Very impressive. Don’t waste your money Bought 2020 over $100k wayfair 25rw After 2 trips Big foot stoped working All water lines froze up on first cold trip and yes we had the tank heaters Drawers open and close when you drive Shower will not drain when coach is level only when we lower the front Solar panels waste of money Front door placement is half under awning crazy Constant drip on drain pipe no mater how hard I try will not close tight When you call for help they are real nice but not effective and it’s takes forever with all the info they want before they can help, come on man get into the 21 c with voice and phone recognition Power hook up works MOST of the time I have to play with land Line breakers before it will connect Table in front of recliners too low and very lose, not functional Doors around coach will not close flat, they seem to be out of square Very hard to get service Show less
