We bought our first RV with the main purpose of traveling to different golf courses around our beautiful country. We have had MANY issues with our new Tiffin Wayfarer. Water pump, generator, converter, leaking fluid from our self leveler, bathroom mirror fell off during transit, Electrical system loose wire almost started a fire, paint on gutter system is flaking off. That was in the first year. Camping World’s service department are morons so I paid a qualified technician to make some repairs so I wouldn’t have to wait a month or more to get things completed. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and bitter! The good news is my golf game is at its best! Show less

Bought NEW 2023 tiffin Wayfarer RW right off the bat they had to replace the water tank - mirror - one TV 6 weeks later I took delivery on the way home 48 miles away the top drawer fell out on to the floor denting the floor, got it home found that the drawers were held in with 1 screw. so I start checking things out the mirror still did not work we under the coach wire hanging down nuts missing in the laver jacks storage compartments not sealed. took it back 4 weeks later I grit it back The covers on the bed are now falling off so I drill and tap them and reinstall tables do not fit repair them I Have only 3192 miles on this coach got it with 2826 miles on it went out yesterday started the air for the fist time and Gess what water all over the floor there is MUCH MOORE Tiffin is the biggest of - - - - I haver SEEN Show less

I have owned 6 motorhomes over the last 20 years. My last two were Tiffins. By far the best I have ever owned. The Tiffin Wayfarer 25qw is great for a couple with no kids, although the bunk and recliners allow for a kid or two. I have towed a 2015 Jeep Cherokee behind the Tiffin, and got 12-14 mpg. Drives like a car. Best in class! Show less

We have owned three different motorhomes and this one has been the best and most reliable rig we have owned. We downsized (Kids stop going) and this is perfect for two. Used the bunk area for more storage. Small kitchen but you get two tables and when those are up you have a lot of space. We can seat a lot of people in here with a couch, theatre seating and swivel cab seats. Kids now sleep in a tent. We towed our 2 door jeep with no issues. 34,000 miles so far. Oh and Tiffin is always responsive to us. Show less

We bought this RV from Spady Auto Sales. When we picked it up the owner was not in store but his assistant sales person was. He didn't know anything about this vehicle. We were told by the owner of Spady Auto sales everything worked on the RV. NOT! Many things wrong with it. Spady did not/would not repair or pay for repairs on said RV. Show less

Where do I start? After owning an Airstream (which we still own) we decided to get the class C Tiffin Wayfarer and bought it new. On the way home from the dealer it started breaking down and having issues, and has been in the shop so many times I have lost count and still the issues from the first visit to the service department have not been fixed and it is 10 month old. The slide was not sealed and we found ourselves drenched in the middle of a thunderstorm. We have had wiring problems because Tiffin wired it incorrectly, and water leaks have been a battle because the hose rings have broken. Water damage has ruined our cabinets because they are a cheap press board, and because the quality is so bad, our shelves have literally fallen down. I feel like I am in a Caravan on Grand Tour with Jeremy Clarkson and everything is breaking! I am very disappointed that Tiffin has been uncooperative in getting our warranty work done, and not just flat out not fixing our rig. Show less

We love the size and floor plan of this RV. Easy to drive, maneuver and park. Setup and teardown goes quickly. Can camp almost anywhere. Large bathroom and shower. Good storage inside and out. Factory service from Tiffin in Red Bay, AL must better than going to a dealer. Can't say it's been problem free, but no RV is and it's certainly near the top in quality. Show less

“Beware” After a month of research, I ended up making the biggest mistake, I chose a 2023 Wayfarer 25RW Tiffin motorhome from Mike Thompson Rv. I paid $175000 for the biggest pile of junk on this planet. Let’s start with the dealership. Sales people are not trained properly on all the products they sell. They lie and say yes to anything you ask to get the Sale. They are suppose to show you how to use all the features, my orientation lasted less than an hour with a person that knew nothing about this particular motorhome, anything I asked, the answer was, I don’t know. I drove out of the dealership without knowing the location of the USB input to activate Apple CarPlay. The following day I spent a whole day on YouTube to figure out how to use everything. I bought this motorhome to start traveling, specifically a Vancouver trip from California. On day #4 we took off from Los Angeles towards Vancouver, did not make it past Sacramento, had to drive back because everything in this motorhome stopped working one after another. First thing we noticed, the refrigerator was not getting cold, it was plugged in while we were loading the motorhome all day, then 8 hours of driving, never got cold. Second, it was a very hot day, to use the air conditioning, I had to leave the generator on, after a couple of hours, the generator stopped running, so now we also lost the air-conditioning. We decided to turn around and head back home before we got stock out in the middle of no where. I drove the motorhome back to the dealership the next day. It is now almost 3 months that I purchased this RV, and it is still in the dealership, I’ve only used it for four days. The dealership doesn’t do any repairs themselves, apparently they drove the RV almost 30 miles out to another location to get the generator fixed, it has been there for over two weeks and now I am told it’s going to be another two weeks before they get it back. After two weeks hopefully if it’s back, they are planning to send it out to another location so that the refrigerator can be fixed. When that is fixed and sent back, they are planning to send Rv back to Mercedes for issues with the key fob & brakes. They say it will be at least another 2 to 4 weeks before I even see the motorhome. When I called to complain about this situation, I was told if I wanted to, I could pick up the motorhome and take it to all these places myself. LOL, so basically I paid $175k for a brand new motorhome to take it from one repair shop to another!!! (I don’t think so) At 60 years old, I thought I have seen it all and learned from my mistakes, boy was I wrong. I called Tiffin motorhomes twice and left a message for someone to call me back and assist with all these issues, no one called. I called Mike Thompson’s Head Quarter, and left several messages for them to call me, finally someone named Bob called and said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did. Basically, I got the short end of the stick. I am in the process of retaining an Attorney to get myself out of this nightmare. I would not recommend Tiffin Motorhome’s, nor would I recommend purchasing an RV from Mike Thompson unless you like playing Russian roulette. Show less

Any statements of Tiffin being a great company is based solely on past history and does not reflect the current state of their business. If you need proof, give them a call and see how many times you are disconnected or on hold. It is astonishing. Once connected, they will take a message and never get back to you. I question if they are even writing the return number down, they are that bad. There is literally no customer support so hope you don't have the recalls we have because you are on your own there.
