Great floor plan, Level floor front to back. Cargo compartments very large with pull out trays. Has Girard awnings. Safe T plus, Starlink installed, polished stainless body trim along bottom of cargo doors. New Koni shocks. Added Girard electric kitchen awning. New two phase cooler/freezer in cargo bay. Nothing but trouble from day one first aqua hot didnt work so no hot water next front lg tv won’t hook to wireless router. They said probably a bad module to bring it in and they will tell me how much it will cost cost to fix it. Bankston can’t service it until the 18th almost a month after we purchased it. They supposedly do a pre check before the sale there is no way they could have missed these problems. I would like to park in front of Bankston and put a big lemon sign on it. If you do buy from Bankston do not expect service after the sale. I don’t know how much it is going to cost me to repair which should have worked when we bought it. They make a big show with red carpet etc and walk you around open all bays etc. I can open the bays but fixing problems isn’t really in my wheelhouse Show less

We love our Allegro Bus, we bought it used from a dealer in Apopka Fl. We upgraded from a 2005 holiday Rambler ambassador that’ only had two slides. We have taken quite a few trips in it and also lived in it for 4 months. It’s roomy enough for us and two Aussies. We could full time it in this if we wanted to, the ONLY reason we would change coaches is to buy a Prevost conversion. We are aggressive with our maintenance and safety improvements. This is a comfortable coach that has plenty of storage, great power for getting up those hills. Good handling with cross winds and semi trucks passing. (we did add safe T plus , and Rettroband tire blow out protection) Show less

Excellent RV to travel in & experience the great outdoors. Roomy, comfortable and well appointed interior with quality cabinetry, and ample storage. Outdoor TV is fun to watch sports with friends. It’s easy to park & setup. Tows the Jeep easily. The electric fireplace is a favorite touch on cold mornings. The solar charger on roof and Central vac are great features! Show less

We have loved everything about this Bus from the onset. We have had no major problems. Everything works great. We are selling due to health reasons. I just had Fowler in Red Bay paint correction and ceramic the Bus with awesome results. The unit has always had an annual maintenance at Appalachian Foothills. . I have gone overboard in maintenance. I just had all tanks cleaned by Bobby in RedBay. I have always kept the tires covered and on mats. 3 details a year along with plenty of interim cleaning and wax. Unit has been located outside of trips at Talona Ridge RV Resort in Ellijay Ga, so it had be clean! Just had Nick install the outside tv swivel mount in Red Bay and Fowler do the outside keypad cover. Genny has 350 hours. Unit’s mileage is 9,654. Safe-T-Plus and MCU’s have been installed. Exhaust fan covers were installed on all 3 fans. Unit has 3 solar cells. Show less

We have so enjoyed our travels in this easy to drive well designed easy to live In luxury on wheels. Every thing was checked out top to bottom by Olstrum Rv. After some repair and replacement No known issues or problems are needed to be done. We'll maintained on everything. Tires are 2 almost 3 years old in excellent condition all Michelin. Show less

I have a 2021 Allegro Bus 45OPP, this is our 3rd Tiffin and our 8th motorhome, and this one is loaded , with solar panels, adaptive cruise control, lane changing warnings, and much more. We looked at the Dutch Star and the Tiffins, and the floor plan, cabinetry , fit and finish, price, options, and overall comfort made our choice an easy one. Don’t get me wrong, the Dutch Star is a nice coach, but this one had our name on it. Each Tiffin that we’ve owned have been great with little or no problems. Which is probably why we’ve come back and bought another one. The underneath storage is great. You can store most anything , and with the electronic slide trays I don’t bump my head on the slides bending down . There are a few things I wish this one had, like a cell phone holder for the driver . I took care of this for $30 by buying one, so it was only a small issue. We love our coach , I would gladly recommend buying a Tiffin to anyone. Any RV will have a shake down period, but we have been lucky in that our punch list was not very long and everything was taken care of by LaMesa RV in Orlando , when we bought it. It’s still new selling for health reasons must see to appreciate the value. We live in a motor coach park we have a casita and the coach is only to sleep in .the coach only has 11 k miles. Lite colors inside it’s beautiful. Has custom window covers. Show less

The TIFFIN 2018 was made before Covid and before TIFFIN was taken over by Thor. In 2018, TIFFIN was not rushing to push a lot of class a RVs off the assembly line. Tiffin service and commitment to the customer in our experience has been second to none. Every manufacturer has its good years and not-so-good years. Our 2018 Tiffin was one of the good ones for sure. The 2018 37AP Allegro Bus has the standard equipment that puts the glamour in “glamping” and has a multi layered and multi clearcoat paint job that is among the best in the business. It has been just the right size for us and it has independent front suspension-steering to “turn on a dime” and get us into campgrounds and camp sites that astonished onlookers. Yet long enough to “live” in very comfortably. When I’m ready to purchase our next RV, it will definitely be another Tiffin. Show less

I bought a 2023 Tiffin Phaeton 37' motorhome in February 2023 and it was the worst purchase of my lifetime. We gave it back to General RV and they sold it a few weeks ago November of 2023. It was in the shop continuously from the time we bought it except for the one trip we were able to take at the end of June for 10 days. After a few days we lost the hot water, air conditioning and heat and returned with a list of 15 more things that were wrong with it. Everything on the motorhome was sub-quality and I mean everything from the wood work in the interior to cargo doors that wouldn't open when the slide outs were open to trim and electrical/computer problems constantly. The washer and dryer had to be replaced, the dish washer, wood work had scratches and mis -alignment of panels and doors, the computer panels were constantly going out it was a terrible joke. Customer was slow to non-existent and went up the chain but never was able to talk to Bob Tiffin and General RV just want to piecemeal the repairs and get it out of here it has to go we'll be in touch. Bottom including the sales tax and the worthless warranties from General RV we lost an easy $100,000. Since Thor has bought which no-one told us when we bought it at the RV show in Salt Lake City from General RV the quality has totally gone to s..it. If it was a plane me and my wife would be dead. I would highly recommend not buying one and most of the reviews are misleading to say the least. Show less
