We like this RV. Very comfortable inside. Like the quiet AC and 1/4" glass windows. Also the fireplace on a cold morning. The King mattress on platform is the best. V10 engine has plenty of power for climbing hills and the long wheel base keeps it stable. Engine noise is dampened by Tiffin's sound proofing. Issues have been replacing step motor twice. Replacing shuttle valve for the jacks. Adjustment of the door. Left lean, which was remedied with a spacer. Some issues with the dash AC and cameras were easily fixed by Tiffin techs at a Rally, for free. The Dealer didn't have a clue. Show less

Currently owning a 2022 Open Road 32 SA, I can say that this coach has the best floor plan, for a unit this size. When the slides are retracted, for driving, one can still, easily walk down the aisle to the restroom, or bedroom. A window over the length of the kitchen-counter, makes fixing meals or snacks a delight, because of the bright and cheerful kitchen., with a outside view! And who doesn't love a seat in the shower? For the senior-campers, it's a god-send! The holding tanks are superior, in this size RV - Gray - 66 gal; Black - 50 gal., allowing for extended dry-camping (boon-docking). We've done 2 weeks straight, dry-camping in this unit. The new Ford V-8 gas engine gets alot better gas-mileage than the old V-10s! From Red Bay, AL, to Grand Rapids, MI, to Las Vegas, we got 9.4 mpg! In our prior RV, a 32 ft. Class A, gas, we got 6.25 mpg. The multi-color fireplace and bedroom ceiling fan will keep you comfortable on cool, or hot days! We really love the automatic front windshield shades! One shade is a see-thru-sun-shade, to be used while driving, plus there is a black-out privacy shade. All windows have sun-shades and black-out shades. And who has left a coach, with the awning out, only to have a strong wind come up? No worries - this coach has a wind-sensitive, automatic awning retracting sensor. To protect the awning from the elements, while traveling, it is completely enclosed by an awning-housing. Our fox-terrier loves the doggie window, lying in his bed, by it, and looking out at the scenery! You can't go wrong with this model! Show less

The Tiffin Alegro is a very easy RV to drive. The built in camera allows you to view your tow vehicle regularly as well as back up easily. The available horse power makes choice of tow vehicle greater. In addition the side camera view provides greater confidence when changing lanes. The Tiffin has a small side window low on the passenger side in order to reduce another possible blind spot for the driver especially while driving through urban areas. The comfort of the operator and passenger chairs makes the driving experience enjoyable. During our camping the outside tv allowed both ourselves and our grandchildren to experience a little old fashioned drive in experience. We kept ourselves toasty warm with our propane fire pit while munching popcorn, Smores, and enjoying the movie. Morning coffee under the awning was the perfect way to start a day. We love the storage capacity. Our golf clubs and any other gear that we carry are very easy to store. As an added benefit the choices of power sources allows lots of choices for camping spots and style. We installed 300 watts of solar panels to enhance these choices. The residential refrigerator keeps our trips to the grocery store limited. We love the built in vacuum especially when grandchildren come along. The king size bed is wonderful and gives us a good nights sleep. The quality of Tiffin products is very evident in all aspects of the RV. I would have absolutely no qualms about recommending the vehicles to others. Show less

Our experience with the Tiffin brand and service they offer is un-paralleled to none. In the event something goes wrong with your coach while travelling they we be there to coach/fix our RV, even after warranty. Parts will arrive at your campsite. Tiffin customer service is superb. We are the current owners of a 2017 Tiffin Open Road 32SA. This Floor plan is awesome, gives you everything you want in a 34' coach. The bathroom is very large. Living space is awesome with the L-Shape couch and fireplace/TV( So comfortable) The 32SA is one of the most popular Tiffin Open Road floor plans. Very spacious floor plan. We took our 32SA out for 30 days, we always had enough room to feel real comfortable. We tow a Jeep Wrangler 4 door, this coach has plenty of power to tow this vehicle. We have no negative comments to say about our 2017 Open Road 32SA. We've owned our 32SA for 4 years now. Beautiful, well designed, and well made - by Tiffin! Easy to drive, great floorplan for family of 2 to 4; factory options are great such as fireplace that actually heats the whole coach. Great engine with strong towing power. Good suspension. Highly recommended! We have owned one for two years without one single problem! Show less

The 2016 Tiffin Allegro 32SA has been a great coach for us providing plenty of room for our extended summer get-aways and monthly RV Club get-togethers with friends. The size is perfect to get into National and State Park RV campsites. It has plenty of power to tow our car. We are especially pleased with Tiffin Motorhomes' outstanding quality and service! My wife and I had a 2012 Tiffin Phaeton QSH, 37' 9", that we bought new and kept for over 5 years. It was a diesel pusher with an air ride and we liked it a lot. However we found we were not RV'ing as much as we needed to be to justify it so we sold it and purchased a new 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA, 36' long. In general we found we were not giving up anything monumental with this coach. It had a good ride, decent power and noise level, is quite roomy and the storage, while different (so slide out pull-throughs) was excellent. We didn't notice that the rear/bedroom A/C does not have a heat pump. We miss that a bit but the fireplace more than makes up for it. One of it's best features, that the Phaeton did not have, is the king-size bed. To be on the safe side, we down-sized our "towed" from a Honda Pilot to a Honda CRV and it's been great. We've had our share on minor, annoying problems. But we've found that every coach has them, whether you buy new or used. With three coaches over the last 10 years we have never have never had a significant issue like engine, chassis or tires. Tiffin has an excellent reputation for standing behind their products. We have loved this RV during our ownership. Traveled mainly in Florida to the Keys and East coast of Florida and have found the king sized bed a plus for living on the road! The relatively smaller length of this Class A makes it very easy to drive and our addition of the Sumo Springs when we bought it was a very good upgrade. We love this home and will be sad to see it go. Our life needs have changed and we must sacrifice. Show less

The finishes inside the coach are nice, outside paint not so much. I think Tiffin's motto is get the coach out there and we'll deal with the problems later. It should be the opposite, produce quality, with minimal problems. I've had over 50 issues with this coach, Tiffin picked it up from me and took it back to Red Bay for repairs.The paint on these coaches, something that Tiffin brags about, is horrible. I'm looking at a new 36LA and it has major paint issues, just delivered from the factory. The dealer told me Tiffin is trying to get more coaches out and are ok with doing paint repairs. If you want a quality coach, you might want to look at other coaches. Their after the sale service is good if you go to Red Bay. It's not good when on every trip you are thinking, what will break next. Show less
