The HDMI cable connectors come apart without an easy fix. There is no way to pull the cables through to replace the cables. We traded in our 2010 Newmar that we were constantly having to work on every time we returned from a trip for a Tiffin Phaeton 40AH which we're having to constantly work on every time we return from a trip. Our RV is not quite 9 months old and it's been to the dealership once and to Red Bay twice for repairs where it's spent more time than we have had with it camping. It has around 4,200 miles over half of which are for taking it in for repairs. I have a list of over 30 issues that have either been repaired, re-repaired, re-re-repaired, re-re-re-repaired, and let me throw in one more.....re-re-re-re-repaired which is the bathroom swing door. I fixed it myself when I got home (8 hour drive) yesterday...it was still not working properly. You will not talk to nicer people in your life than Mr. Tiffin and his workers. They'll nice you to death...I'm being serious, but the love affair we have for the floor plan and the people at Tiffin stops there. It's a piece of junk......the receptacles and cabinet doors are crooked, there's gaps in the panels and molding everywhere, and the switches for the front slides work intermittently. When I brought in to the dealership for this switch problem, I was told to reposition my body if it stops while traversing.....seriously!! I recently had a serious brake issue that caused me to smash the back end of my RV, and all I was doing was using it as it was designed. I'd spoken with multiple people at Tiffin, Mr. Tiffin included, for them to replicate what had happened before sending it on to the chassis shop, but that never happened, so it all got swept under the rug at my expense. Ignorance in this case is seemingly convenient. But what I do now have is about 11,000 reasons to do what I'm doing here, and that is let you know the Tiffin RV is a piece of junk, at least the one we have. It has not left us on the side of the road, yet, but we have gotten to the campground and had the A/C's and hydraulics not work. Tiffin did reimburse us for the repairs.... they're good about that as long as it's not a bunch of money. We've already had an A/C replaced, the dash A/C was not working because the slide for the generator cut the evaporator coil fan wire because it was just flopping around, the bathroom door was warped, and I could go on and on. Let me leave you with one more thing, and that is, you cannot make an appointment for repairs in Red Bay. When you arrive, you're put on a list and you need to wait your turn, so you're basically camping out (free if within your warranty period and if there's space available) until repairs are completed. So far the experience has been wonderful still haven’t sold the RV yet but hope to soon. The process of putting the RV online to sell was not hard at all. Now we just need that one person looking for their new RV to select ours. Show less

We lived in this model for 9 years and found it comfortable, reliable and high quality throughout! Solid wood cabinetry, tile floors, sleep number bed all come stock and make a wonderful home-on-wheels! Show less

The quality and comfort of this coach is incredible. Tiffin builds one of the best coaches in the industry. We have enjoyed our time using it. It is easy to set up and is remarkably easy to drive and maneuver. Once set up, you have all the comforts of home wherever you are! Show less

Pretty much love everything about it. We have made a number of trips including California and back , no problems. Spent the month of February the last 2 years in Ocala, Fla. Very comfortable. Would recommend Tiffins built in 2014. Show less

I love this Coach! I call it our one bedroom condo on wheels with ever changing views. The quality is very nice and the kitchen with the pull out counter make it a dream to cook in. Love the king bed with windows for fresh night air. The two bathroom sinks for hi/hers are perfect. It floats down the road and I sit in the passenger recliner reading a book, just like sitting in your living room.Lots of engine to get us over the passes with a jeep tow behind. Pristine condition! With only 15,035 km this unit is like new. Very lovingly cared for in a heated storage Bay. The leather seats and couches are super luxurious and comfortable. The canopy over the TV means watching the game outside is possible. The Queen bed is a sleep by number bed-very comfortable. Good gas mileage. Show less

Runs Great. interior is excellent and heating and cooling is great. My wife likes to sleep with the temperature at 66 degrees and air is great. Ice box is large and is very good with a lot of room. Towes the Jeep Unlimited with no problem. Show less
