My family loves this model camper. The middle bunk room was a huge advantage with have 2 boys. They had plenty of room to keep all of their belongings in their room keeping the rest of the camper very clean and clear. It’s also a great place to store all the luggage during traveling because it can be accessed without putting the slides out. The bathroom is also accessible without opening the slide which is great for long distance travels. When the slides are out it’s very spacious inside which is great for rainy days. The sofas are a better quality and more comfortable than the ones in my home. The fireplace was almost always warm enough to heat the whole camper with it. The only disadvantage of the camper was it only came with one air conditioner and this model needs 2 in areas with warmer climates. I added a second air conditioner in the bedroom and after that we could make it as cold as we wanted to even on the hottest day. I can’t really say anything good or bad about the warranty on this unit because I never had any issues with it that needed warranty work. We love the camper

Beautiful camper, with terrible quality! Let me list the things that have gone wrong- speaker had water damage after first week of camping, had to replace outdoor water shower due to major leak (was winterized properly) had to replace electrical cord- only half worked, AC quit in the middle of summer last year abs was told 4 week wait to get fixed……window seal leak….. and the worst of all- the paint is peeling off of the front and the manufacturer refuses to do anything about it! I’ve stored the camper in climate controlled area over winter all years. Sits in an annual lease rest of year. Never should paint peel like this!!! Do research people!!! I’ve seen numerous complaints on the same thing! I bought with a 3 year warranty and I’m told that doesn’t include paint because it’s “missing a factory sticker!” No where in any of my information does it say it has to have a sticker for the paint! The sticker- FYI is not the graphics sticker, it’s some sticker that identified the paint!!!! How would any consumer know this!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Holiday world I’ll get right to it
they promise you the world until you take possession of the camper and then they could care less about your needs
the person that answered the phone was rude and short tempered
the problem is I can’t figure out the refrigerator for propane and the ac comes on when ever it wants ( operator error probably) however the lack of customer support is an absolute fail
I drove by the Holiday World hoping I technician could show me the refrigerator on one of their models
Wow I should not have thought that for one moment that person that received me at the unwelcome desk was livid that I did not have an appointment
Ok I said I’ll make an appointment when can I get in August 13th
I ask if there was a manager she leaves and comes back with a guy I know is her lunch buddy / sales man definitely not the manager
Shame on you Holiday World you have no clue the meaning of customer service
don’t spend your money here you will not be happy with your decision at a later date

Purchased this Travel Trailer in 2019 from the original owner and loved the quality initially. The large living space and king size bed are great for relaxing. The problem came when I pulled it out of storage this year and noticed a spot on the front end cap that began to peel. I took it on a two week trip and by the time I returned there was another spot. I emailed Prime Time and was told that, because I am the second owner of this two year old trailer they will not honor their 5 year Armour Tec warranty. After searching online forms I learned that many of these trailers’ end caps have the same problem. I will not bother with a trailer that has paint peeling after two years and recommend you consider other brands as well.

Purchased my Lacrosse new expecting few if any problems and felt assured that I would be under warranty in the advent something was wrong. Within two months there was an arm loose on the couch, a molding fell of the wall, one window shade broke, an electric socket in the bedroom had twisted in its mounting, and the sliding mirror door for the bedroom closet would come out of its track routinely. As the weather changed (in Texas) we found that one of the windows was not seated properly i.e., a pencil would fit through the gap. With the nights getting cooler still, we found that there was no heat in the bedroom however the fireplace worked well to heat the main living area. Now four months into ownership my wife and I took our first trip about 200 miles from home. By the time we arrived we had lost one of the side running lights...only wires sticking out of the hole. Drove home and found that the plumbing was hanging down an inch or more and I could fit my hand between the insulation and the underbelly. The Grey tank handle missing; the Black tank handle present but had so much tension on it it could not be moved. Now in crisis mode, we called the dealer to have the host of problems repaired. Surprise! Dealer told us we would need to schedule time for them to take pictures of these items and gain approval for the repairs from the manufacturer. This was estimated to take 6 to 12 weeks before they could begin repairs. After much discourse with Service than Sales, the dealer agreed to rehang the plumbing but did not replace the missing tank handle. The loose couch arm and molding which fell off I would be responsible to pay for the repairs; they were outside the 90 window for warranty covered adjustments. The window not sealed was beyond the four month coverage for items believed to have been damaged during delivery to the dealer. We had not been told of the 90 day and four month limitations so failed to address the issues aggressively. The window shade will be replaced under warranty however the pictures taken to documented the bedroom heat issue were insufficient to show a problem so no warranty coverage thus far. Dealer told me to call the manufacturer myself to see if a direct customer complaint would suffice to have them pay to have the underbelly dropped down so the dealer can determine if the duct fell off the vent (likely another occurred during delivery situation) or if the duct is missing altogether. With diminishing hopes I asked the dealer if they would allow me to return the "lemon trailer" and apply the full purchase price toward a different trailer. They would allow a trade in but only at 75% of what I paid. If you are seeking a bad investment and like facing challenges then you may find this trailer a good value; I due not.

Not impressed with Prime Time quality control in the slightest. I have a HUGE list of things that needed to be fixed in the first 6 months. All of which amount to shoddy work at the manufacturer, by folks that clearly don't care. I'm not an overly picky person, and I very rarely write reviews (typically only positive ones). I had the dealer fix a couple things under warranty right away, but the vast majority I did on my own as I am pretty handy and enjoy doing the work myself. We have used this camper 7 times this year and every time I find something new needing fixed. The dinette is very uncomfortable and cheaply built, the living room couch is uncomfortable, all mattresses are cheap, the AC unit is not even close to what is needed to cool the unit down in the summer, the list goes on and on. Oh yah, the big screen tv is very poor quality for movies. Decent enough for sports. We will be trading this unit in before the next camping season, and it will NOT be for another PrimeTime product. We love the floor plan, outdoor kitchen and styling, but everything else comes up short. Learn from our mistake.
