We purchased our RV one year ago . We are very happy with the quality of the RV. Extremely minor issues that were addressed quickly by the dealership. The Fleetwood Bounder 35 K is very comfortable to drive. Exterior paint is very beautiful. Interior cabinets are very solid and provide plenty of storage. The half bath is great when you have guests traveling with you. Basement compartments provide lots of storage and is heated. We highly recommend this RV.

With a recession on the horizon in 2023, people returning to work instead of working remotely and that COVID is under control, the RV market is now over priced in decline as shown by many recent articles such as these below. In addition that the NADA guide is very inflated and does not reflect the true market valuation based on: supply/demand, economic climate, rising interest rates and high fuel prices to name a few. Major RV distributors throughout the US will only pay less than 65% of what the asking price from a private seller. Bottom is, do your homework! https://www.barrons.com/visual-stories/rv-sales-thor-winnebago-forest-river-01665437945 https://www.rvtravel.com/motorhome-prices-drop-13-month-wholesale-survey-rvt-1072b/ https://www.rvtravel.com/rv-sales-head-downward-whats-future-hold-rvt-1074b/ https://www.rvtravel.com/preowned-rv-prices-continue-dive-heading-back-normal-territory-rvt-1081b/

We did a lot of research prior to buying and learned that this is one of the best (few) RVs that were built well enough for full-time living/travel. This motorhome is very durable and during our 4 years of ownership we had few problems. Our main complaint with full-timing in it is the Vaccuflush system pump. We had to change it out twice (we think because of constant use). We love the floor plan of 1.5 bath and especially the extra large shower with bench. We also have a washer/dryer combo. All the conveniences of home while on the road. Unfortunately the Flex-Steele couch and chairs peeled. We contacted Fleetwood and FlexSteele and both said that the problem was common in units built between 2015 and 2017 and there was nothing they were willing to do about it. We ended up replacing the couch ourselves, but not the chairs (too difficult and expensive). Overall, we love the motorhome. Our travels in it were comfortable. It drives smooth and towing our car 4 down was easy. This motorhome is exceptional.

Great floor plan! The sectional “L shaped” sofa is perfect for snuggling up after a day on the road. And has a fireplace, for those chilly evenings. We had a wonderful trip taking this rig all the way to California and then back by Route 66! Bucket list item: Check! With everything automatic (steps, awning, leveling gear, DISH TV) arriving at the next campground on the route was a breeze! Snug and secure, even when the neighbors were less than perfect. The Ford V10 chassis and drive train is one of the best on the road today. We could not have found a better rig, when we took off on our post-retirement adventure!

My wife really loved the floor plan and we had a Bounder that was really great but getting old. I found this rig in the color we wanted in AR so I drove ours out to trade it in. On the way home, the microwave flew open with glass everywhere. Then in another trip, the refrigerator and freezer come open while driving so I had to install some velcro, which didn't help. The pantry door and slides, and the desk and drawer in the dash come open occasionally. The toilet pump literally pumps 87 - 100 times every time you flush it. This is irritating, especially when trying to sleep as it runs under the master bed. The worst part was the dash, it sounds like it will come crashing down any time you go on a bumpy road. We tried to put styrofoam underneath to help, but it fell out. This is with 15000 miles, still new!! We really loved this rig when we first went camping and got a lot of compliments. We look at it now and it looks beautiful as we are sad as we still love a lot about it. But overall, with all these problems that we could not easily fix ourselves, it has caused us to sell and get a different rig. I hope this is an isolated lemon, to say the least. Fleetwood, you need to design these things better as I think you are a good company otherwise!!

DO NOT BUY from them! Follow up, purchased 2021 from General RV 1/20/2021. Since delivery RV still not able to use. Upon delivery, windshield wiper motor hanging front slide is scraping floor to the point of slicing up the floor leaving metal shavings on floor when retracted and extended, refrigerator is leaning on the wall and vertically way outta line, LP line is kinked (Craig Biazo said was ok) its a fire hazard! both radio and camera screens go out when you hit a bump, window crank over couch is stripped, rubber under front slide is not affixed, jacks inop, coach will not go over 60mph engine light on since delivery front windshield shade not in the trac. I am at their mercy and they are unable to repair till May. This is outrageous! They strong arm you and you hav no choice. Dealing with Craig Biazo, Ricardo Torres from factory and Salesman Jeremy Latoza is futile. They stonewall you and leave you feeling helpless. I filed complaints with state and national consumer protection agencies. Does not phase them! They block for each other and deflect. Since i can not use the coach for 6 months they have no sense of urgency to repair or compassion! I had purchased 6 new motorhomes and NEVER was treated like this and had so many issues!
