We thoroughly enjoyed this trailer. Our goal was to snowbird, moving every three weeks or so, so we were looking for something towable but with the size of a destination trailer. This trailer met our requirements perfectly. We lived in it for three to four months each year, and we never felt cramped. The floor plan and towability were what sold us, and we truly appreciated those features. We bought our trailer new and experienced some initial quality issues after a one-week trial camp nearby. The dealer was able to address the major problems under warranty, and we haven't had any significant issues since then. This is a good-sized, very tow-able trailer that suited our needs very well.

Overall it is comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. Has one of the largest bedrooms in trailers. Easy to tow with our Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L motor. There are three slide outs in this model. We have had leaks in all slides. This has caused the flooring at the interior corners of the coach to deteriorate and cause spongy floors. The slides have been the main issue with this coach. Forest River cannot seem to manufacture a decent seal for the slides. Shame on them. Another issue was the refrigerator. It is an all electric Everchill brand. It does not require propane to operate. This brand does not seem to be reliable. After the refrigerator was replaced for the third time, we finally got a refrigerator that works. The slide motors needed to be replaced. The hitch jack needed to be replaced, the electrical panel needed to be replaced. Awning vinyl is poor quality. Too much junk is used to manufacture these RVs. The parts are not reliable and the manufacture is charging too much for what you are buying. And value for the money? It stinks. Some of the defects were repaired under the warranty period. But the leaky slides and spongy floors were not because they appeared some time after the warranty period expired causing us to pay $$$$$.

The overall quality on the Coachman Catalina 333RETS was poor. All of the slides leaked, the paneling under the bed was falling apart, and the living area floor was getting soft from all of the slides leaking. The moldings and trim seemed to be coming loose as time went on. Staples were beginning to come out of some of the trim moldings in the corners and the moldings on the ceiling. It's a shame because it truly was a nicely laid out camper with comfortable features and an abundance of space. In my opinion, this would be a good "destination camper" where it isn't moved much - that would reduce opportunities for leaks.

We have had this trailer since November 2019. We bought it new. Issues: water leaks (floor needed to be replaced because of water damage), converter/charger replaced, three Everchill refrigerators replaced, two slide out motors burned out due to faulty slide switch, power tongue lift needed to be replaced. We have not had a trip where there has not been a problem. The dealer has had possession of this trailer more than us due to these issues. The issues are not the dealer's fault. It's the factory (Forest River) that is to blame. The dealer's service department has bent over backwards to help us. We will look to another brand of RV next time we look to purchase. We had traded our 2015 Coachmen 333REDS because of too many water leaks (and also a floor replacement, also for $3,500.00). This 2019 is no more reliable than the 2015. How sad. We recommend looking to another brand to purchase.

You get what you pay for. Purchased brand new in August 2019, trading in March 2020. Where to start... Hot water heater is hit or miss, usually works with gas, but don't plan on a long shower. Jacks broke, rust underneath, ac fan makes awful noise when you cut it on. Floors shake when you walk even with additional jacks. Lock is difficult to open from outside with the key, it have been locked out once. Cheaply made and is not going to hold up for the long haul. Figuring it is better to cut my loss now and trade up to something much nicer with a better warranty.

We purchased in August of this year, from the start we have had issues. First issue is the jack bent when we set it up, the sink and toilet have leaked, the pinstripes are starting to peel. We called the dealer to get the repairs done under warranty and are told we either have to bring it back to the dealer (6 hours away from where my husband is working) or pay for a repair person to come and hope to get reimbursed by the company. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of support on the warranty. I have emailed the company directly to see if they will honor the warranty as the dealer will not.

It was used as a local refreshing get-a-way, and our time when staying in it was an absolutely trouble-free and joyful experience. It is so cozy and relaxing sitting by that warm fireplace in cold weather.
