Our previous class-b was a fantastic Great West Van and the Galleria 24FL floorplan was the closest to the GWV. We ordered our new van at a rv show and was told it would be 6-8 weeks. After an 8 month wait, it was delivered from the factory with numerous problems, including a burned out awning controller and missing bed cushion. After refusing delivery for a month, nothing was repaired, so we took delivery and had to fix all the problems ourselves. Nine months later, the Galleria was totaled due to an electrical fire in the 12-volt wiring cabinet while sitting in storage. Coachmen made promises to get us back on the road quickly but failed to fulfill any of their promises or compensate us on our losses.

The Galleria for the most part has been a very good experience for my wife and I. When I got the Galleria the rear door bike rack was really convenient other than it bent the rear door’s requiring a new door and I had to purchase a new bike rack for the hitch. I really liked the door rack cause it free’d up my hitch for other gear. The problem I have now is the refrigerator failed after 2 years and finding a replacement is proving maddening for us. The replacement fridge looks great but is 4 inches too deep extending out into the aisle. I’ve got a couple of folks looking into it although I spent a small fortune on an appliance that isn’t quite right. Coachmen I need to get this resolved.

This has been the absolute best RV we have ever owned. We can park it literally anywhere and boondock! It has been extremely dependable, well performing, super gas mileage and easy to drive! Everything on board you could want or need. We travel all over the US in this unit with our two dogs and have loved it so much!!! True life changing experience!! We researched a long time before deciding on this unit. Coachman has been there for anything we have needed durning our time of ownership :). I HIGHLY recommend this unit and this Class B Van model/make above all others. I can have the Ford chassis maintenances literally at any Ford dealership and it’s not expensive!!

We bought this this new in fall 2019 but were not able to take it out for about 8 months due to personal issues and then covid lockdown. Once the campgrounds opened up, we had a fabulous time camping out in Nat'l Forest Service and Park Service sites. Overall it has been a great RV. Some "buggy" problems with the Control Panel and electrical issues. Once a service recall for software was installed it was somewhat better--but still have some issues. Has a nice sound system and TV that we never use, also a nice awning that we've never used. We sleep with the back doors wide open to get lots of cool night air inside - it is great. Positives: -this unit has a huge bathroom for a Class B! Comfortable for a plus sized person -Large queen size bed is comfortable -A/C and heater work well -The induction stovetop unit is really great and super fast - (but it does eat a lot of power when "dry camping") -The solar panels are good, but do need full unimpeded access to full sun to charge (e.g. no trees). (When "dry camping" in the forest for several days, even in sunshine, the solar panels don't charge enough. Have to run the vehicle for an hour a day to recharge the unit [no generator]) -Nice amount of inside storage -large refrigerator (for a class B), and a separate freezer that semi- freezes the ice cream -Huge 30 gallon fresh water tank - we've never used it all, even when "dry camping" -The Ford Transit is super easy to drive, very comfortable seats -nice "mood lights" inside which are great for protecting night vision Negatives -Very little under carriage clearance - only 6 inches! This is because the huge fresh water tank hangs down underneath. makes it essentially unusable on any forest service road with potholes (which is pretty much all of them). Even have trouble accessing some NFS campgrounds with potholes - have to drive <5mph so as not to wipe out the tank. -The electrical control panel is still "buggy" -it goes out frequently (but is usually fixable with a system reset). -The lithium battery does not work in temps below freezing - the whole system shuts down-even when plugged in to shore power. At home in the winter it requires a heating pad on the lithium battery in order to keep it powered up so that RV can be kept minimally heated. -Tiny table 3' x 1' -- we never use it (eat off the kitchen counter instead) - only the passenger seat swivels, so for meals one of us sits in the passenger seat and one of us sitting on the bed.

We took the van out again and the air, awning and screen still did not work. I called service again and was told the next appointment would be in 3 months. They kept it several months and now say i will have to pay for the fixes because it is out of warranty. I have called and emailed the manufacture, but they don't answer your calls or return them. I am looking to file a lemon law.

Wish there was a little more space so we could pass in the hallway, but overall great vehicle. Looks great going down the road and we now also use it to tailgate, concerts, even weekend lunch trips with friends. Great diesel mileage...Nothing negative to say. I love this thing.
