Overall a decently designed destination trailer. Though classified as a bunkhouse model, it came equipped with a second queen size bedroom in the rear - so perfect for a couple with two girls or two boys. We bought and lived in it in FL for two months then moved it to Upstate NY and lived in it for four months over the last 9 months. During that time we've had several quality and build issues starting with sawdust and wood chunks packed into the furnace cabinet causing the furnace to "smoke" and repeatedly shutdown the furnace when it was fired up for the first time. That first contact with "customer support" did not go well. Response to terrible. No apology for the lazy cleanup crew. No assurance that they'd communicate back to manufacturing so as to assure this would not happen for other customers. We paid an RV service tech to look at the furnace when he discovered it was packed with sawdust chips.
Next issue was a faulty backflow preventer valve in the bathroom cabinet flooding the cabinet and floor with water. Again, the same none response from Coachmen Catalina customer support. By then we were in the Adirondack Park, 100 miles from the nearest authorized repair place. Customer support informed me that I had to tow the 40 ft destination trailer to that repair center to replace the valve. NOPE! I bought a valve and replaced it myself.
The third, and major failure with the CHEAP GE AC unit, which was not cooling at all. Again, customer support said to tow 100 miles and leave it (for what could be months) to replace the bad unit - or I could use a mobile RV tech some 60 miles away to come out and replace the unit. OK? The quote for that option was $2600 (I could buy a CHEAP GE AC replacement for $700). That came to $1900 in travel, time, and materials (most of which was not covered by Coachmen "warranty" repairs).
The fourth major problem was a leak coming from the ceiling inside the kitchen cabinet. I sourced it to water running off the side of the gutter and up under it. Up under the gutter wasn't sealed. Heavy rain pouring off the roof caused the water to lap up under the gutter and flowed directly into the side of the roof. Sealing this huge gap under the gutter solved the problem.

Overall livability is excellent. It's obvious they skimped on quality, both in materials and workmanship. Cabinets and doors are made of MDF finished in a thin vinyl paper. The floor plan offers two bedrooms. Ours has two queen beds and no outdoor kitchen. There are no draws in the main bedroom - only cabinets. Upon delivery the furnace stopped working because the back of the furnace wasn't secured and the blower was packed with construction sawdust. The ductwork was also packed with sawdust and cut-outs from the flooring plywood. The sliding glass door vertical blinds are very cheap, they do not close fully and will need replaced with a better quality patio door blinds. They installed an emergency exit window where there should be a headboard - when there is a bedroom door making the emergency window redundant. Cold air flows off the window and onto our heads when sleeping. We'll be retrofitting that with a headboard. The two 3-step fold out steps are very flimsy and unstable. I fell the first night due to the shaky steps outside the bedroom door. I'll need to replace those with SolidSteps.
