I love my Airstream. We purchased in 2016 from the Seattle Airstream dealer and immediately travelled to Utah. It towed easily and was easy to handle. We decided immediately to make some changes internally and took it to Ultimate Airstream in Portland to re-do the kitchen and eating g area. We installed their "Grand Lounge" design and included a washing machine in the upgrade. In 2018, we purchased land to build a house and started living in the airstream full time for 18 months while it was being built. It was a pleasure to live in and at one stage, my wife broke her pelvis and so we even had to use a wheelchair in the Airstream to move her around. Very adaptable. Show less

First, let me begin with my list of problems, which started on day one. 1. Zinc screws on roof rusted within weeks. 2. Axles out of line 3. Radiused windows leaked badly, causing black stains on floor covering, that does not come out. Brought to Airstream's attention on month 14, but problem had been going on for months, still within the warranty. Airstream's response was I had discovered it outside the warranty and told me to reseal all the windows. 4. The piano hinge on bath door sagged considerably, due to insufficient screws, causing the misalignment of the handle, locking a person inside. 5. To all the drawer slides, I have added additional screws, as they came loose within a few weeks. 6. Two of the plastic U trims that cover the top and sides that butt up to the walls of the cabinetry slid down behind the cabinets, and disappeared. Very very difficult to fix. Had to remove the cabinets. All it needed was some kind of adhesive or fastener when installed, to prevent this. 7. The two radius doors under the sink in my model were way too much weight for the hinges. Replaced several, eight, over time, at my own expense (Airstream sent me two), plus added an additional hinge to each door. After a while, I just removed the doors to travel. Finally, I removed the hinges and installed piano hinges to solve the problem. ALL these problems were discovered well within the first two years. Airstream did nothing, not willing to work with me and borderline nasty about "no longer under warrantee". After owning a Keystone Cougar 24' fifth wheel for several years, loving it, no problems, we decided to go for it and move on to an Airstream Flying Cloud. This travel trailer is like new, we used it mostly in our local state parks since we owned it. It has just been me & my husband, easily sleeps 2, can move around quite well. The shower is separate for toilet area. We really love this trailer but financially at this time we need to sale. Show less

The 27FB Has A Great Floor Plan With Panoramic Views From Both Bedroom and Dining Area. We Love The Vista & Porthole Windows Along With The Skylights And Fantastic Fan. Our Unit Has Dual A/C Heat Pump Units That Are Roof Mounted With Quietstream Ducted Ceiling Vents. The Pillow Top Queen Mattress Worked Perfect On Our 10 Week Trip To the Northeast This Past Year. The Trailer Pulls Like A Dream With Our Ford F150 Platinum 4X4 V6 EccoBoost Engine & We Averaged 13MPG On Our Recent Trip. We Can't Say Enough About The Airstream 27FB Flying Cloud As It Fit Our Needs Perfectly. We Were Able To Accommodate Guests Along The Way As It Can Sleep 6 With Room To Move Around Through The Galley Area. The 28 Foot Overall Length Fit Perfectly In All Of Our Campsites. The Front Bedroom Allows For You To Enjoy The Views From Your Galley Area For All Of The Fabulous Back In Sites. We Never Experienced Any Problems During Our 3 Years Of Ownership. Show less

My wife and I bought our new 2016 on the Fall of 2016. We have been out on about 10 shorter trips and enjoy each trip more!We are impressed with the well thought out design and obvious quality of this unit. No space is wasted.
