CArpi was a good unit. Enjoyed using it. The workmanship was lacking. Allowed for leaking and required constant upkeep. The floors were very cheaply done with very thin wood which wore quickly leaving it soft throughout. Studs were not spaced well in floor adding to the softness, esecially in the main traffic areas. At one point the rear frame separated allowing the unit to sag which had tobe repaired and welded back. Wish it would have held up better could of used it much longer.
