Very nice well built unit have had it approx 6 months on first trip waterlines to outside kitchen rubbed against tire which made a hole in line so had to patch best i could being in camp ground and leaking water on 2nd trip rubbed in other line dealer was notified on first and second trip they took pictures to send to Venture and to this date claim has been declined so I have yet to even use outside kitchen cant get venture to answer phone or return my calls terrible customer service once you buy you are on your own dealer Optimum RV is just as bad I should of never left Camping World dealerships to try something new Show less

Don’t buy a Venture Rv (KZ Brand trailer)! Spent $65,000 on a Sporttrek, and it’s the quality of my child’s fisher price toys. Horrible customer service, they don’t warranty or stand behind their products. They installed a window incorrectly in my master bedroom, causing water to seep into the Rv over time going unnoticed since it was hidden. They’ve told me to kick rocks and too bad so sad. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Give any other company your money. Show less

Great RV! Had no major issues with it. Routine maintenance is all that is needed. Great brand! We enjoy how much storage space there is throughout the camper. Overall great RV. Only complaint is we wish the speakers on the outside would be closer to the door. Show less

We have had an amazing time with this RV and have camped WAY more than we imagined we would. It is super comfortable and a great home away from home. Love the cushy amenities like the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. We are comfy rain or shine and have plenty of room to enjoy our family time. Show less

Trailor is on a permanent site that we bought from original owner when we bought it refridgerator needed repair that was under waranty took for ever to get fixed . Now the gray tank support broke causing plumbing to leak called venture and they said to bad there's nothing they can do . Remember this trailor is on a permanent site it has never seen road except for delevery how does the gray tank break after 1 and a half years and they can't do nothing they say there customers are important I don't think so they don't stand behind there product or manufacturing . I have owned 3 trailers before this one and by far this has been our favorite. The only issue we have had was with our battery from the dealership, they replaced immediately. We can’t wait to go camping. Show less

We love this camper. It was great for our young kids. We are just looking for something that we can take across country. The bunk area is amazing with the built in couch that turns into bed. Also the outdoor kitchen has everything you need. TV/sink/refrigerator, and stove. Show less

Very dissappointed, 20+ problems had 5 months, bent axle, paneling falling off or bowing, slide issues, many things I have fixed myself, would not recommend to anyone, can't believe I spent this much money on something with such poor quality, it's now at dealer for 4th time, positive comments, dealer service better, wife likes layout Show less

Purchased our trailer today. Tonight it came a good rain as I was packing the camper. I found myself standing in water from leaky windows. I can't speak for customer service yet.. But someone will be fixing this besides me. Show less
