The Newmar Mountain Aire is the 4th Class A diesel pusher we have owned in 20 years. We have been extremely disappointed as we have Ben able to take a three trips. The electrical system seized and we could not open any doors, we had to wait months for a part. We were not able to take only one trip in 2024 to the Seattle area and another to Ouray, Colorado. We had to cancel our trip to Glacier National Park in July 2025 because of mechanical issues. We had a trip arranged to South Carolina in October 2025. We get ready to leave and the batteries would not charge. When I voiced my concerns to Newmar about the amounts of repairs , I was told they have no department for or solution for a RV that had continual repairs. We were on our own. So much for the $700, 000 + we paid for an RN that the shower was connected wrong, the closet door tracks were off, passenger seat problems along with electrical, battery, etc. Problems. Newmar patted themselves on the back because they answered our calls. The issue is, we should have never had to had these repairs to begin with. It is tantamount to buying. House you can’t live in because the builder quality control was lacking and the your house was condemned or unlivable for the last 2 years you have owned. It.

We have owned this coach since 2022. We have owned a Monaco Diplomat and Windsor models and also a New mar Dutch star prior. We love the smaller size of this coach without sacrificing Luxury. New mar builds a great high quality product. We like that the overall length while towing our jeeps and toys is shorter. The turning radius is superior to our other coaches.

430k . Looking at full time living . Newmar are very proud of the logo its everywhere. Minor issues so far but a few things stick out. Ok quality on the finishing door fell off molding felloff. Can't turn off road watch features which are extremely annoying/distracting while driving. Control app is outdated clunky. Still to many manual controls. Slides awnings shades.had firefly on 2021 coach was years ahead. Basement wiring plumbing no better then much cheaper units . Customer service has been ok so far but now 3 months in are playing games . Overpriced resting on the logo . Still better then most but who strives for that.

It has been eight months since we sold our 2020 Dutch star. Still admire how awesome they look as we see them on the road. Our motor home was loaded. Had electric heated floors , an oasis hot water system, and fully automated awnings all the way around. We flat towed a Jeep. However, selling it was a huge relief. We are finished with RV ing after 10 years, especially with Newmar. Every time we went out, we had issues to deal with. Many were ongoing. The service we received from our dealer and Newmar was very slow. Fast service from dealers away from home was nonexistent. We were left stranded or experienced weeks of waiting several times. This was our third motorhome. We bought a Newmar because we expected fewer problems and better service. We received neither. When a person buys a high priced item, naturally expectations are also higher. Newmar and our dealer failed us. Finally we had enough. In the middle of a three month trip to Canada, we made the decision to sell. Peace has come to us at last.

We liked the floor plan, but the RV was old and some of the areas needed either a good cleaning or replacement. The owners said they would negotiate but when we pointed out some of the things that would need replacement and we knew what it would cost the woman was quite insulted. The tires were worn past any safe driving. The batteries were last changed in 2015. The paint was scratched and needed repair. The paint on the roof was almost totally faded and would need repainting. The slides would not come out easily and would need some work. We were totally disappointed since we had driven from Utah and it was an eight hour drive. The pictures that were on the website looked like they were taken when the RV was new. In my opinion this RV should be taken off the website. Thanks for listening.

This motorhome was used extensively and maintained well during it's first 12 years. It was then sold and used for one trip in 3 years. The rest of the time it was parked outside and uncovered in the southern AZ desert. We purchased it in 2020 and spent about a year rehabbing. It is now in very good shape and a pleasure to drive and travel in. We are selling it only because we don't need something this large and would like to return to a 5th wheel.
