Cruiser RV Radiance R-28BH reviews

We have owned the cruiser radiance for roughly 2 months and used it twice. The floorplan is great and the looks of it are great, but that's where the fun ends. The build quality of this unit is absolutely horrible. The first time we took it camping, one of the window shades completely pulled out of the wall. Two screws only held into 1/8 inch particle board. That particle board was only held up by 6-7 quarter inch staples. I fixed that myself the right way. The second time we went out, one of the kitchen cabinets pulled out of the wall by the mounting screws. (And there was nothing but 2 loaves of bread in it at the time!) After further inspection there is signs of very poor quality materials all over this camper. After paying nearly $40,000 for this unit after trading in our 2019 Jayco Jay Feather only to have more space, we feel as though we have been robbed. We do not blame our dealer because they were more than helpful to us. But we will never buy another Cruiser brand RV. Show less

We purchased a new camper at McKee RV in Perry. The customer service was very helpful and gave us a good deal on a trade in. We experienced a problem with the electrical and the service department went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed in a timely manner so we could continue to enjoy our camping experience.
