We traded in our 2018 Forest River Wildwood for a 2022 Sunset Trail in September of 2022 we had one week of camping at the end of last season and we had multiple issues which to be expected with a new camper we took it back to the dealer and it took forever for them to get the things repaired but that I guess is on the dealer but now this season we've been in it all season and we're finding a lot more wrong the interior walls are all loose the refrigerator keeps acting up the freezer keeps flying in the fridge keeps freezing constantly have to reset it the windows and the blinds are very hard to open and close all the lights and receptacles and one of the slides do not work the little night stand by the bed just fell apart the kitchen drawers don't work proper even after they repaired them the door latches front and back don't work properly I really feel this is a cause of covid with mass production the the man was there and they just mass produced quality went down

We bought in April 2022. Within months the walls were pulling away from frame. Many smaller things like electric, inverter have broke when out on a trip. After camping season was over, it went back to manufacturer for 3 months. Unknown to us, the frame work was breaking apart and had to he rebuilt in several places. We feel right then and there they should have declared it a lemon. We gave had nothing but problems with the side that was broken. The leaf spring broke and the brake pieces fell apart. We believe these were due to the frame issue. Everytime we take it out we have a $300 to $1,000 repair on top of our trip when we get back. Is it fun to go camping? Not with a Crossroads.

Bought this unit 1 1/2 years ago from the second owner. It was in excellent shape and has served us well. The two air conditioners are more than adequate even in hot weather. In fact, with a 30a service one unit has been sufficient. Quality seems to be above average since after ten years there are no leaks and trim is good. We re-upholstered the love seat/bed in the living room. Floors are in great shape as well as cabinets and other wood work. Very well made.

Ceiling trim coming apart, door trims coming apart. Nails poking through wood, etc. We traded in a KZ connect cause it was also falling apart so thinking this is Normal but to me its unacceptable. You pay good money and get junk now. Very frustrated to say the least. Maybe we are just jinxed.

I am a first timer owner and am living full time. I think i was so excited about the floor plan that I misjudged the quality of how the RV was made. The huge amazing pantry shleves are made of partical board and the top shelf fell down with only 1 loaf of bread, 1 bag chips and 1 box ofcereal being on it. The other 2 shelf are lifting in the corner like the top on started, so I am waiting for those to fall as well. It seems like all the molding around the doors are incredibly loose. I have yet to have any BIG issues, but with the same things that have started I'm terrified to see what's next.
The Floorplan is amazing for me, but quality of materials used are absolutely horrendous.

4 years old and unliveable, seals around the slide have apparently leaked from the day I bought it, black mould in the shower. The bathroom floor is like walking on a sponge, around the table area floor is gone or going, and in the bedroom floor is bad. Was unaware of the problem , due to the fact trailer has been parked due to Covid. Insurance won't cover it , and I only have coverage on the furnace , stove, and fridge, and hot water tank. Technically I have a giant paper weight.

Unable to rate because has spent more time in shop than camping. We knew when we picked it up from shop the other day the inch plus split in wall wasn't fixed or the falling off laminate ceiling weren't fixed. We were told it would have to go back to factory in Elkhart Indiana and they would call that day or the next to arrange for pick up. Haven't received call yet. Also all electrical stuff as to be fixed. 400 miles from home, at least the air conditioner is now working correctly but the TV, fireplace wall and outdoor refig are still not working. I wish I hadn't traded our other trailer in. It was a different manufacturer and built much better. We just bought new in April. I don't know if we got a lemon or if anyone else was having the same issues.
