2019 fleetwood Discovery reviews

My wife and I own a 2019 38F and well fell in love with the floor plan, it is perfect for our needs. We previously owned a 2013 Fleetwood Excursion 35B and we out grew it once we became full timers. There's not a lot of wasted space in this coach and we've managed to make use of every available space. Now for the down side.... Getting access to the basement compartments can be tricky at times due to them being located directly underneath the slides, it's a tight fit for the front compartments just behind the front axels.. One of the T.V.'s went out after only two years, I know it happens...... The aqua-hot system failed once and we had it repaired. The Awning motor also broke and that too was repaired. The material on the captains chairs and the sofa could be better. Like any other coach people purchase you must expect some type of issues or repairs. We love our coach and have taken to 14 different States and currently have 20K miles on her. If I had to do it again I would still purchase this coach. The manufactures warranty is was only 12months I like it should be at least 2 years in my humble opinion. The reps were amazing at Fleetwood (REV Group) and were quite helpful every time we called them. I highly recommend that an extended warranty be purchased they are usually about 6k for a 4 to 5 year platinum coverage.. If you are new to the RV purchase world just remember this... IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU PURCHASE A MILLION DOLLAR COACH OR A 50K PULL BEHIND YOUR GOING TO HAVE ISSUE/BUGS. The quality control is almost non existent they pump them out and worry about warranty work later, this goes to any and all manufactures. Show less

I really wanted to buy this RV and once I got it we didnt use it nearly as much as we thought we would so it sat around a lot. It also seemed like something was always breaking on it and to get it in for service is a nightmare as they are backed up for months. I would not likely ever buy another RV again. I'd for sure rent one in the future though. Show less

Problems with Freightliner finding and accessing parts, So your stuck in their parking lot on your vacation for 5 to 7 days.. Can Fleetwood reimburse for all expenses of vacation lost?? When we pulled in the service dept said this is the third same problem this week, the DEF Header, So parts made in CHINA, it needs to be considered a RECALL.. Fleetwood using bad parts to make your 300,000.00 Motorhome... YES. Show less

We purchased two brand new 2019 discovery diesel pushers, first one in late 2018 second one in mid 2019 since then we have traded to A Entegra coach anthem and never will go back to another rev group product. Rev customer service is nonexistent denied claims for major issues within two months of purchase, never got the first follow up phone call with questions as to why we were so unhappy. $500,000 plus in purchases. Shame on them as we were loyal customers for over 10 years to the Fleetwood products. Show less

Just picked one up, little used 12K on it. The caftmanship is top of the line for the price. The floor layout in the N is perfect for grand parents with Grandkids. Bunks are out of the way and easy to cover up. The power, and technicals are 1st class... I added my own Cradlepoint LTE/WIFI box so I can manage this remotely. I would recommend this coach for intermediate RV'ers and also the pro's. I am going to replace the TV in the kitchen for a 50" because I love a BIG TV. Enjoy!!!! Show less

Craftsmanship is below standard. No room while traveling with slides in. Overspray and uneven paint on exterior. Basement not heated, no air dump available and only one docking light on each side. Well equipped with all other amenities. Drives great and cameras eliminate blind spots. Show less

Owned this coach for a little over a month now. This is an exceptional motorhome. The V ride feature keeps the motorhome straight up and down while you take turns. No feeling like the coach is going to flip if you go into a turn to quickly. I have had maybe 4 minor fixes. For a new coach that is good. Compares favorably to coaches twice the price. Show less
