I bought the 2016 32rl in 2014 and the heater ducting was torn, the heater was built into the wall so difficult to work on, but most recently I'm dealing with the front end cap delaminating. This a a pricey job and Crossroads only warranties that for one year......40k and one year warranty for a laminated front end? I would not buy a Crossroads rv or any other company producing the same crap again.

Buyer beware of
RV rubber roofing
My roof deteriorated in 4 years with holes and water leaks
Alpha said it’s only $600 to repair on a 37 foot 5 wheel with 4 slide
Camper repair shop said 8 to 10 thousand dollars

This model is excellent for full timers and RV lovers of a home away from home. It is very functional and roomy. The bedroom suite is one of the biggest in the market with dual slides and a King Bed. With the Washer & Dryer located not in the bedroom it leaves so much room in the storage areas and the closets. The dual fridges is a heaven sent for long trips away from home or full time living. Theater seating is very comfortable along with a true size King bed sofa area. This is a very well thought out unit on space & design.
One of few 5th wheels with three AC units for comfort.
