I have nothing but problems from day 1. Six water couplings had to be replaced. Radio had to be replaced. Winterizing pump had to be replaced. Patio door and 2 windows had to be replaced. Two cabinet doors fell apart. No glue. Fixed them myself. Doors not level, rubbing on one corner. Yellow putty...read more

Two cabinet doors fell apart. No glue. Fixed them myself. Doors not level, rubbing on one corner. Yellow putty marks all over the white ceiling. Now the toilet water won't stop running when flushed but I'm told that's my problem because my warranty is over. My first trailer didn't turn out to be a good experience. Will never buy another forest river trailer.

Totally junk had a list of 30 legitimate problems from burnt and melted wires to dryer and stove vent doors chalked closed, no air flow out of heater vents, something with heater not connected and melted plumbing under floor went back to factory said over half my list those items were fine, well guess what was gone for over 3 weeks and came back with 28 of the same problems, puma is made by forest river, never ever by anything made by them traded in a beautiful 2018 camper, and got this piece of s**t dealer and factory work good guy bad guy so don't believe either one, getting attorney to handle it now,it's not about the money it's about the lies and to help other people not to buy a forest river product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We spend a lot of time in the trailer. Lots of room. Trailer is heavy and susceptible to wind The 9” step height is tough on us with bad knees and back problems Disappointed in the Linoleum floor covering it Marks and tears easily. The floor is soft gives when walked across. The Magic Chef microwave has been replaced 4 times and going to have to replace it again. Ceiling fan been replaced 2 times and making noise Window had to be resealed, Poor insulation AC in front will not keep it cool moldings and door frame had to be reattached Veneer on wood rubbing off Dealer doing the repair work no questions asked just multiple trips to bring it in Even with the problems we’ve enjoyed the trailer lots of room very comfortable comfortable they called it a destinations trailer love the homestyle refrigerator and stove
