This camper is an excellent option for anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and well-designed trailer, even for those towing with a minivan, as long as the proper precautions are taken. It is especially appealing for people who want something easy to store, simple to winterize and protect, and still spacious enough inside to feel truly comfortable. What stands out most is how well it uses its compact size. Even though it has a relatively small footprint, it feels much more like a larger camper once you are inside. The interior height is one of its best features. Because of the shape and layout, the space feels open, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to move around in. Another major advantage is that you do not have to deal with tarps or the usual hassles that often come with protecting and storing other trailers. It offers a very practical solution for winter coverage while still giving you the feeling of owning a more substantial camper. For a trailer of this size, the features are impressive. It has air conditioning, which can be difficult to find in smaller units, and it also includes a solid hot water tank. In my case, because of the high elevation where I live, a tankless water heater would not really be a practical option, so having a traditional hot water tank is a real benefit. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of an indoor shower. I believe that with just one or two extra feet in the floor plan, it could likely be incorporated. Even so, having an outdoor shower is still a valuable feature. I also think that adding a cassette toilet alongside a shower area would make this camper even more versatile and would be an outstanding upgrade. Overall, I think this is a wonderful camper. It offers a smart balance of size, comfort, and practicality, and for me, as a first camper, it has been a very satisfying purchase. I am genuinely happy with it. Show less

Great for families. We used ours well and loved it. Plenty of room for 5 humans and 2 dogs. Absolutely loved the privacy doors in the bunkhouse and master bedroom. Always get extended warranty as all rvs or not built for durability but haul ability. Show less

This was our first camper we bought new with kids. It’s not a living camper if you look at high end campers. We loved the big open living area as we mainly used it for weekends at the lake or a week. We never had the first issue out of this camper for 6 years of owner ship. Everything always worked as it should trusted everything about it. We sold because looking into higher end couples camper. It was easy to use camper not much on it to malfunction. It looked and functions as new when we sold it Show less

Hello, I just spoke with Jerald Summey about my outstanding warranty claim. I received the worst customer service. Jerald was rude and short when discussing my warranty claim. Obviously his job is to deny claims, which he does well. I have multiple cosmetic issues with my Palomini that I'd like fixed and Jerald denied them all. You certainly are going to lose a customer and I will begin letting everyone I know not to choose Palomino or Forest River for their next camper purchase. I thought I was purchasing a quality camper and did so at a quality price. I am very dissapointed in my experience with this camper and your customer service/warranty department. I plan to litter the internet with negative reviews, advising folks to stay away from Palomino and Forest River. Show less

Where to start don’t buy a forest river product I said it you are reading it Nothing good here unless you love to spend money on a unit you can’t use had to fix myself I bought it new under warranty They built me a new roof that is the wrong colours and wrong Finnish for my camper inside and out ..to top it all off it does not fit Worse then the replaced roof.. and that’s why it was replaced They gave me a number to call at the factory but the line rings and when I leave a message they don’t call back ever emails kind get through but it’s not clear so waist your money here if your dollars have no value Show less

I am a first time buyer. I bought my Puma brand new in 2022. I used it maybe 5 times last year. It has been in the shop more than I have used it. Window leak issues that they tried to kinda fix. That took 3 try’s finally a new window was ordered. It seems everything in this camper had to be fixed. This was a brand new camper. The last time it was in the shop it was there from Nov. 9th to Feb. it was there 4 months. I have asked Forest River to extend my warranty due to the fact I haven’t really used it. They refuse to talk to me about it. As much as the camper cost you would think you would get better customer service. I will never own another Forest River product. They are a joke and don’t act like they want to stand behind there product. My warranty is about up and I will be stuck with a camper that I hope is kinda fixed. Show less

I recently purchased a palomino bronco 2005. Two design problems. 1. The door won't open with top down. I blocked the top to provide clearance. 2. The interior lights won't turn on with the top down, or with upper half of door down. I spent hrs trouble shooting battery, fuses, wiring, ckt breakers, converter, etc. A button switches the lights off with top down. Show less

We own this RV. We've owned it for about a year now. We have NEVER had any issues with fit or finish. We were shocked to read the negative comments posted about this model of travel trailer. We thought we were placing an ad, not posting to a public forum. This particular travel trailer that we own is in new condition. Everything works fine. We are selling because we would like to purchase our friend's Class C motorhome. Our dealership is a small, family-owned business with a five-star reputation. They have record sales, and PUMA is one of their brands. We trust that if we have any issues, they will fix them promptly. They stand behind their sales. Just because a few people are disgruntled, doesn't mean that every PUMA is a bad trailer. Show less

Headed trailer over a little over one month Had to make repairs already When I took possession of the trailer the door was defective still defective won't open or close I didn't expect it to be that poor quality You need to listen to say I'm not a happy camper The dealer informed me they ordered a new door I wish you would exercise it Show less

This camper has been a pain in my butt since we bought it new. 1st trip out and had to call a repairman to put the slide out in. The kitchen drawer stops broke. Had them repaired and now I can't open them all the way. Every water connection, bathroom sink, shower, kitchen sink, and toilet leaked while were camping. Still have a leak somewhere around the low water drain. The water pump didn't work. There was a dead short that kept blowing the fuse. The trim work is coming loose. The original bathroom sink faucet wouldn't shut off so we replaced it. We're stuck with it! Show less
