There was one awful review from a customer that had many problems with a new 2016 Timber Ridge. I have spoken with many dealers an private owners before purchasing ours and this is a rare anomaly as far as this brand.
Do not be swayed one customers experience when many people love the quality of this brand, look deeper into the brand and model and you will see I am correct!

2019 25RDS Outdoors RV
We bought this trailer new five years ago when we first retired. After lengthy research we paid the higher price for what we considered a higher quality travel trailer. After owning a 20F Outdoors RV for 9 years with basically no issues we felt we knew the brand. The 25RDS gives us everything we expected. Only two issues in the last five years. I had to put two small washers behind a screen door striker as the screen door would not stay closed the first week we had the trailer. Last year I had to replace an electric gas solenoid for the water heater. An easy job.
Important options to have are the on the 25RDS are 16 inch wheels and Maxxfans. And make sure you have the correct tow vehicle. This trailer weighs in least 8,000 pounds loaded, because its quality constructed.
We have used this trailer. To travel on some rough Oregon backroads, and as a second bedroom here on the farm for overflow guests. The bed is very comfortable. One can sit at the dinette for long periods of time in comfort. The bathroom has a spacious shower. And enough room to dry and dress. Lots and lots of storage room in this trailer. Excellent boon-docker off grid camping. Get a Honda 2200 generator. It will run the AC if required and keep the twin 12volt batteries charged with an hour and a half run per day.
I was a production employee building $300k motor homes. I know what shoddy construction looks like. Several friends and relatives have purchased rvs over the last four years. They all have horror stories of problem after problem. But, I am being completely honest when I say with my experiences, I have no reservations highly recommending a 25RDS Outdoors RV.

First of all I'd want to preface this review by saying I am a real buyer, not a schill for ORV. After owning 2 TC's, one 5er and one other TT, we have figured out the TT is best for our puposes. So after the 5er experience, we researched many TT manufacturers and floor plans. We landed on two RV manuf's that we felt built the best product, ORV being one of them and found the 22FQS had the best layout and length for our needs. And the amenities that come with the Titanium Package was worth every penny! We ordered it from Holliday RV in Poncha Springs, CO. August of 2020. We finally received it in Nov. of 2020. Took it immediately down to the TX coast and back to CO, that was a two week trip. No problems except found the Lippert self leveling unit a bit finicky. Had to re-zero it a couple times. Love the spacious solid surface countertop and all the windows including the front at the head of the bed. The reading lingt over the bed are the touch type, just touch them and they come on! The shower is perfect size and the 10 gal. w/h gives you plenty of hot water. TV and stereo are simple to use, plenty of storage for the two of us. I mean we are organized! Went thru two days of rain and no leaks anywhere. We used both the a/c and the heater, worked great.Towing the thing is like butter with our F250. Use a Blue Ox WDH and went thru a lot of high wind and a LOT of bad roads but with the KYB shocks and the 16" tires it towed like a dream. Dry camped outside Del Rio two nights and the two solar panels kept our two 6V AGM's full and effective. Made it home with no problems except for one wardrobe latch loosened (big deal). Crawled under and checked the underbelly and found a couple places where I tightened a couple bolts on the coroplast and caulked a couple places but that was IT! Then we took it to Arkansas and Missouri on another two week trip, and performed flawlessly, zero problems. We feel we made a great decision to buy an OutdoorsRV and are looking forward to some good boondocking this summer. I gave 5 stars on warranty/support for two reasons. First when we were waiting for ours to be built, I called ORV directly twice to get some specific questions answered and was treated with kindness by knowledgeable people and got answers. Secondly, they have a 1-2-3 warranty. 1 year hitch to bumper, 2 year wall and structure,3 year on custom chassis. Finally, we've only owned it for less than a year and towed it a total of around 4000 miles, but after two shake down trips, everything is A-OK, all systems go!. So far I would recommend ORV to anyone.

This is a solid constructed RV. I love that it is a local made in Oregon RV. The only dislike is the bright LED lighting above the bed. Wife wanted a bigger walkable bedroom, so we’re upgrading to a 2020 Outdoors RV 280KVS Titanium series. It’s four feet longer (30’ box). This is truly a great product.

We love our Timber Ridge. There were 9-weekend getaway trips last year and no issues. I am meticulous with quality and there were none to report. Of course, there are improvements, but I emailed those to their customer service. The overall quality of the trailer is great. The rear dinette table is huge and provides room for four adults. The 25RDS has a huge window in the rear that gives it a nice touch especially when we are backed up next to a river. Theater seating was a must for lounging on those Pacific Northwest raining days. I would recommend upgrading to the gel-infused memory foam mattress. We sleep better then we do at home. Improvements in covering the switchboard for the pump, awning, etc. would a nice touch like in the Titanium Series. 2020 improved the access to the black and grey water T-handles with the kayak style access ports. This is a solid trailer for the quality feel of a fifth wheel. I read a lot of these reviews. Those who had bad experiences and call Outdoor RV travel trailers junk, I wish they had a better experience. We are looking at upgrading to the 2020 280KVS Titanium Series.

Have enjoyed this trailer for about 1 year. She is easy to tow with our F150 (with tow package) and an equalizer hitch. Carries lots of water and has tons of storage, I don't think we could fill all of the storage it has to offer. Best of all, lots of counter space. We have hosted big meals in our trailer and that counter space comes in really handy! At one time we had something like 12 people in the trailer sipping coffee and staying out of the cold. We just brought in a couple of folding chairs for more seating. The tenters in the group were happy to get out of the cold.
We also love all of the floor space as we have 3 larger dogs. It has been great.
About the only issue we had was a dead USB port, but that was an easy fix. We have had her down dirt roads, and into some very tight campgrounds. The backup camera comes in handy!
