I purchased a brand new 2021 Lance 2465 back in December of '21. As I driving the trailer back home (multiple day trip) from the dealer I realized there was something wrong with the front window. At first, I thought it was just humidity because it was "fogged" over and you couldn't see out of it very well. It became apparent pretty quickly that it was not due to humidity. I called the dealer and was told that they just had another customer with the exact same model (Lance 2465) that had a similar complaint. Since I purchased this out of state I couldn't take it back to the original dealer since that was too time-consuming and costly. I tried calling Lance numerous times. Their customer service department was NOT helpful at all. Told me I had to work with a local dealer. Talked to two local dealers that I found off of Lance's website but they both told me they were no longer dealers. The third dealer wasn't able to look at it for over 2 months. I sold it. My experience is that Lance does a terrible job at supporting their customers- especially when it's a known issue. Show less

My brother in law purchased in 2020 and a total lemon, with no support from Lance. We would never recommend buying a Lance product. Lance Corp. was contacted and told of the discrepancies, the answer they gave was "will talk to our quality control, so it doesn't happen again", guess what it had already happened. Very disappointed! Show less

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Layout is excellent, windows everywhere, front window superb. Furniture highest quality and fabrics rugged. Floor excellent. Lighting ideal. Storage quite large. Entertainment systems easy to use and excellent quality. Oven nice. Countertops high end with perfect fit. No wasted space. Gotta see this unit to believe what I say. Nothing has be broken. No issues in 18 months. Have had many brands, and none come close. The bedroom better than any class A or 5th wheel I have owned. Gotta lay on the king mattress to bed nderstand. Windows in bedroom are big and well positioned. Show less

As a family we looked at all travel trailers starting with Airstream. Figured we would find something there and our search would be over. Problem was not enough room for a family of four on how we live in our space. Came across Lance and really liked the construction and features included. Really liked the full-size bunks for the kids and the room to navigate when the slide was out. It’s a solid travel trailer. I had an issue and called Lance directly they knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it. Things are going to happen on any rig. It is to be expected. No different than taking care of your own home. I have had no problems that I could not manage and I would highly recommend Lance to anyone who is looking for a significant upgrade from what’s out there. Show less
