Furnace has never worked properly. Leaky water furnace. Radio stopped working, had to be replaced. I bought the trailer brand new, it has been in the shop 4 times now in less than a year. I dont know if other model Lance trailers have had the same problems I have encountered. If you are looking for a travel trailer, I suggest you stay away from this model.

Poor design. Multiple poorly conceived mechanical systems. Heating system cannot keep bedroom warm. Poor placement of vents. Cannot change seat on toilet without removing the toilet. The awning is useless as the pitch is so flat that rain does not run off. Instead the awning collects water and the awning will slump almost to the ground with accumulated water. Simplest repair requires a trip to the repair shop because of inaccessibility of mechanical systems. Disappointing.

Hello everyone! A lot of people are complaining about the lack of workmanship on their Lance trailer and the lack of customer service when it comes to warranty work being done on their trailer. If your trailer has been in a repair shop for more than 3 or more times and you've been without your trailer for a lengthy time, you want to consider suing the manufacturer! Now, the Lemon Law does not apply to trailers but "Consumer Protection Law" does! You are protected under "Consumer law" when manufactures are not standing behind their product and servicing them the way they should. What you want to do is contact a local attorney who practices "Consumer law" and talk to them about your case. The next step is mailing a certified USPS letter to the manufacturer its called a "Last Chance to fix my trailer" letter. In this letter you want to tell the manufacturer you are giving them one more opportunity to fix your trailer. In that letter you'll need to list your requests and then list "ALL" the things that have happened to your trailer, be very explicit and do not leave out anything and then wait for a response from the company. This certified letter will allow you to move forward in your suit and the courts require it or your case will be dropped. The courts what you to give the company every opportunity to fix the problem so its imperative you send this letter. If your case is won you may be able eligible to get your money back or get a new replacement and have your attorney fees paid. We need to start standing up to these companies because we work hard for our money and we don't deserve to be treated this way as customers!

This travel trailer has been the worst I have ever purchased. 9 months old and taken out maybe 6 times. Problem after problem. Outside door hinges snapped, skylight leaks, pocket door won't stay on the track, awning strut broke, shelves missing pins, speakers crack and pop from day one, cable lines apparently reversed cause satellite is park and park is satellite, and stove knob broke off. There is no way any quality control was done from factory. I will never own another Lance after this experience.

Parkview is good at sales but don’t expect a very good service. They had my RV for 6 months and they are not will to do anything for me except said they would clean it , check for gas leaks, and drain the antifreeze. No apology or anything else. Blame Lance due to Covid-19 but lance was open the whole time. I called Lance to find out. This was a brand new trailer. The first time I picked it up it was dirty. That should have given me a fed flag. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. When I asked to talk to the manager they said they would call never did. They are good at not telling the true

Awning was too low when they fixed it,it came back with holes.in it. Water heater wiring burned up, replaced water heater. Toilet foot pedal broke, replaced toilet. The vinyl on the J lounge and cussions at table has peeled (never saw that before). Water pump don't work. Range burner came off screws fell out. All in all it's junk. I would tell anyone thinking of Lance, don't do it. Also Lance doesn't return calls. They don't stand behind their product.

We really like the Lance product. This is our second Lance trailer. We found that being able to pull over and eat lunch without having to use the slide-out was a huge benefit. We could access the bathroom, pantry, refrigerator, the entire kitchen and the dinette with the slide-out retracted. There is ample storage and we never did use all the cabinets/storage areas. We used shelf liner on all the storage and drawers, so the unit looks brand new inside. We are now looking for something a little bigger with more sleeping quarters.

Lance thought of all the little details too like the stylist lights, the USB ports throughout, outside shower and much more. The trailer is extremely comfortable to live in, easy to use even if you are a first time owner. Best part, Lance is made in the USA right here in California, Lancaster.

My wife and I first purchased a new 2018 Lance 1995 and had a few issues with it but 98% of them I fixed and we avoided delays at the dealer. It was a good unit. Being "Newbies" we found after the first season we really wanted a sitting area inside and made the upgrade to the 2020 Lance 2375 with the recliner/rocker chairs. During the 18 months between the production of the two trailers, Lance was sold to REV Group. The quality of production went right down the drain to put it mildly. The first clue was we couldn't plug the new trailer into our truck because the cable was a foot too short, and we had a @!*& of a time just trying to get the hitch to lock onto the trailer ball. An employee of the dealer followed us home as we had no lights and there it sat for 3 weeks in our driveway while I began the long task of cleaning, fixing, adjusting, buying and replacing more things than this website will allow. In the first 4 months of owning it, (We live in Canada) we had more issues every time we took it out. The dealer was trying his best but not much help from Lance. On our last trip, we dared to stray more then 200 miles from home, the shower started leaking water that ran into the bedroom. I hooked up the trailer at out campsite in Las Vegas, put my wife on a flight home and drove straight to Lance in California. Gave Lance Service the list of outstanding and new issues and hung around Lancaster for the next 10 days waiting for parts and work to be done. It was me leading the charge and calling to give them updates and information, not the other way around. The trailer is fixed as far as we know, but what do we do with it now? keep it, or sell it while we have a chance. Given what we know now, "THE LANCE NAME NO LONGER IMPLIES QUALITY". After spending 10 days at the factory dealing with them in person and seeing what was coming off the line, (ALL Models) it's "BUYER BEWARE". I will never make the mistake of assuming someones reputation without doing up-to-date homework and really seeing the product. Lance is using all the right parts, but it appears REV Group is not giving the employees the time to "DO it Right!"
