This is the BT Cruiser that has 2 sofas that convert into beds .The sofas are comfortable as sofas for seating. They easily convert into twin beds. We use mattress pads to make more comfortable at night. we leave one made up as bed all the time so we only have to convert one sofa to bed at night. We bought this motorhome because we wanted a class b with a larger dry bath. Kitchen is very usable for small rv. Lots of interior storage. Show less

The 19 ERD Vintage Cruiser has been a super RV. We purchased it 5 years ago during Covid to visit family. Since that time, we have had no significant issues traveling up and down the east coast. Our Anti-sway hitch has been a boon making highway driving easy. All the appliances and appointments have worked as advertised without any issues. We purchased upgraded tires to ensure better road safety. We have had no significant issues. Towing has been easy with our Ford F150 XLT and the 19 ERD is small enough to fit in tighter spaces. Factory difficult in the customer service area...non resposive both in phone calls as well as e-mails. Build quality terrible...water leaks/missing parts limited availabilities of upgrades and very little owner's manual information. Great floor plan...nice design but assembled by people who just did not care if it's components function or not. Cheap! Cheap! This was my 30th new motorhome. Owners of manufacturers[family owned I am told] just do not have any pride in their product. Would NEVER buy another of their products! Have a wonderful dealer though! Show less

Gif Stream BT cruiser is a wonderful Rv if you are purchasing from reputable sources. This unit sold by Nancy Carrier sitting on the dealership of Oldham Motors Co LLC actually it’s in their name so not sure who’s responsible but this particular unit has multiple issues from recalls to housing structure damage. The said owner was furious that I wouldn’t purchase after finding issues out that she refuses to give deposit back. By then she had already disclosed that the trucks at this location are water damaged vehicles mostly from Texas. Find another unit elsewhere. Show less

Any vehicle almost 40 years old and only driven 700 miles will have engine or transmission problems. Oil attracts water so vehicles that sit and don't have yearly maintenance records I wouldn't buy unless you paid me. 1989 only 700 miles in 35 years I guarantee will have problems! Show less

This is my 20th new RV since 1978. Ranging from tiny to diesel pushers up to 42 feet. Size depending on family size over the years. I enjoy the RVing life but this most recent Rig[2025 BT Cruiser] has been a poorly constructed mess. Water leaks/missing options/sloppy assembly and a company that will not return phone calls or answer e-mails directed to a supposedly customer service department. Frankly it is hard to believe that the owners of the company are unaware of how unprofessional the staff treats customers. I ordered this unit and it was delivered in terrible condition with out any signs of quality control being directed towards its construction. It now has 17 miles on it as I had it trailer delivered from the factory to my dealer. It is now on my property in its own heated/cooled garage awaiting my dealer[good folks] to try and fix all the sloppy work done by the factory. At this time I am unable to use it. I do not know how the Gulf Stream management can sleep at night with their business ethics. I will never buy another of their products. Remember, I have had 20 of these...big and small...and this one is truely an an example of a company with out ethics. Show less

Our 2022 19CSK vintage seems to be a lemon. This is our second season with it and I am now concerned. Last year, the floor was soft at the end of the season and the trailer was sent back to the factory over the winter. Little things like handles falling off drawers we fixed ourselves. This year the hot water heater had to be replaced after a trip to CO. Two days after getting it back from the dealer, we took a week trip to northern WI. It was hot, then rainy, then nice. During the week the following happened: panel just left inside the door came unscrewed and fell part way out; middle drawer under the sink no longer closes all the way, the wood delaminated around the top and side of the slide out; the seal flap in the toilet doesn't close all the way (stinky bathroom as a result); another kitchen cabinet door lost its hinges; and one of the axel seals fell off somewhere on our way home. And we noticed that we are missing two hubcaps that were on when we started the trip. While I can't recommend to anybody to buy this Gulf Stream product, there are things to like about the trailer: We like its small size, frig/freezer, stove/oven, microwave all are great. AC cools quickly but is noisy. There's plenty of hot water and the holding tanks seem generous. But our daily experience is like living in a run down apartment building. Show less

We loved this trailer! It was our first foray into RV-ing and we purchased it for our family of 3 - mom, dad, and 6-year-old - plus two 50 lb. mutts. It was the perfect size for us and I often called it "the most and the least amount of trailer we could ever want at the same time." At 23 feet, it is still small enough to get into more rustic campgrounds and beautiful boondocking sites and navigate a McDonald's parking lot. This model had plenty of storage areas, too. But it was just small enough that I couldn't quite imagine living in the trailer all the time. We took it on a 10-week cross-country camping trip and it was the best summer of our lives. Show less

Quality was very poor on ours. Door hinges had every screw stripped out along with the bases that hold the table to the floor. Stereo system stopped working on our first trip out and it took the dealer a month to get approval to replace it. It was then replaced with a system that would not play cd or DVD and the Bluetooth quit working after our second trip. Speaker failed as well. Can’t use the TV with the radio as they share the same antenna and cut out the signal. After they did the prep at the dealer we found leaks at the pump, under the sinks, felt for the price the quality should have been better. Show less
