We like the floor plan overall. However, with the frig and microwave nearly on the floor it is difficult to use without standing on your head. The driver's seat does not go back far enough for us fuller figured drivers. There is only room for one dump hose underneath the unit yet two dump valve set ups (one black water and two gray waters). There is no storage for additional needs like garden hose, electric cords (main and extension type). The air conditioner noise is similar to a freight train in your face. The sliding door is very heavy with NO assist. The window in the sliding door is very difficult to get to to open. The running board is almost big enough to step in and out of the coach on. The RAM van drives great and gets good gas milage, no issues. The electronic control panel in front differs from the rear panel and stopped working after a new $1500.00 new one was installed at 5800 miles. It has been impossible to contact Firefly the mfg about the problem they DO NOT answer the phone or emails. You must leave messages and they are supposed to call you back. Hower, we are now waiting for six weeks for a contact person to call the dealership. Before the control panels stopped functioning the awning, the generator, water pump and fluid level gauges worked fine......no more

All appliances worked flawlessly and there are a lot of them: heater, AC, 3 burner stove, oven, frig

I have owned my BT cruiser for 7 years and absolutely love it! It is so quick and easy to set up. The layout is perfect with lots of living area with the 12' slide out. This length unit is so easy to maneuver, pull off the road at small lakes and turn around. Gulf Stream RV's are quality built and ride so smoothly that I often forget I am even driving a motorhome. There are so many standard items that seem like upgrades, such as Corian counters, solid wood cabinetry convection/microwave oven, etc. It is comfortable to drive and just hanging out inside. I highly recommend this RV model.

I will never sell it because it gives me no reason to. On a Ford E450 V10 you cant beat that setup as well. Granted my unit is garaged but I have not heard of the BT cruisers have leaking issues due to the way the cab over is a 1 piece fiberglass unit with only 1 seam that connects to the roof, which is also a fiberglass roof and is tied down tightly to the side panels. Its a very well engineered product. The newer made ones are made exactly the same way the were 15 years ago. Only difference is some of the interior materials are not sold oak cabinets which is a preference but the frame and build is the same process and is why thy last and hold up on same Ford E450 V10

I bought this 2006 based on owner reviews including a travel writer who lives in his. I've only put about 3000 miles on it so far, but I think it's great. Exactly what I wanted. The fixed table and chairs are perfect, made even better by the swiveling captain's chairs for driver and passenger - allowing a snug but comfy seating for 4. I work remotely along the way, so the table serves as a dining table and work desk. The bed is ample - the "wings" create plenty of room. The multi-function windows are cool...(although expense to replace). It drives like a luxury car and gets great mileage. AND better still, fits in a regular parking spot. I've also added more battery power and a large inverter for off-grid camping. All in all, these older Vista Cruisers are great rigs at a modest price.

I bought this RV used in 2016 to see how I liked RV life. I've taken it on two west coast trips and some long weekend trips - and I love it. NEVER had any trouble with the engine, it has been very dependable. It has been very comfortable to travel and sleep in. The water heater that came with it barely works and the shower area leaves a lot to be desired - but I knew this going into it. Now that I know I love RVing, I'm looking for something just a little bigger with a full shower.

It is big enough for two people and you have everything you need ay hand. Whethrr you are camping in backcountry or a fully serviced campground this rv will give you a peace of mind. Easy to operate and eadier to drive and park where you want to be. This rv feels like home after 7 months and I regret that I can not keep it with me.
