The owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. The trailer is in excellent condition and has clearly been well cared for. The owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. The trailer is in excellent condition and has clearly been well cared for. There are numerous custom touches - the owner was clearly a great handyman and justifiably proud of his work. At $17,000 the unit is a bargain which is obvious when compared to comparable models. I was ready to buy this but found a 5th wheel that was nowhere near as attractive but suitable for my needs and closer to where I live.
