Heat only thermostat would not make contact from day one. Rv tech did not resolve. After a lot of online research I figured out how to pop the cover off and tweak the spring contacts. Toilet rocket. Rv tech worked on it causing a leak from the black tank to the ground. $1400 for outside tech to fix. Gulfstream rep told me to take it " wherever I wished to get it fixed," then refused to pay. Cabinet doors fell off. Bathroom vent fan switch quit working. No caulking toilet floor area or anywhere on floor. Big gap between tub and toilet platform. Tiny wallboard staples coming out. Roof seam at left front corner leaked before it was a year old. Porch light causes interior lights to dim e I had to.when turned on. Very poor quality control. I only put one star on factory warranty support becaus

I absolutely loved my Kingsport. Even after recently buying a brand new camper, the new one feels flimsy and no where near as well made as my Kingsport. It felt more like a tiny home instead of a camper. Also was able to tow it with my Suburban that has a tow package....

We have a 2011 Gulfstream Kingsport 321 tbs that we bought new. We have been campers for many years and this was the 4 trailer we have owned. It has been a lemon since the day we bought it. Everything from the entertainment center to the cabinets and doors has had problems. Now the camper is 8 years old and Gulfstream no longer makes or carries parts for it anymore. That’s really bad news for a trailer that needs constant repair. I would never purchase another Gulfstream product.
