We like that fact that it does not have any slide outs it’s a Ford 350 gas which is really nice coming from a diesel with def problems . Haven't had any issues with this coach full time living in it with spouse. Rides real nice no cabinets shacking or loose window noises. In our opinion this model seems to be the best one we’ve owned. We pulled a Grand Design 29Go momentum nothing but problems traded for another toy hauler same issues leaks cabinets falling our truck had a part on recall for def so out of service for 2months we just decided after all the ups and downs why not go simple so as retired truck drivers we decided to have the road experience like we did in our rig but have it all kitchen full bathroom fridge stove all in one easy way to travel on the road again. Do not buy a Gulf Stream RV. Gulf Stream makes the worst RV (besides Dutchmen) in the RV industry. There are countless issues. The shower drained into the black tank, there were small wood chippings in the grey tank, propane leaks, water penetration, poorly assembled cabinetry, lighting issues, and many more. There was a hole about 4 inches in the floor, right in the walkway to the bunks. Gulf Stream claims "strong wood roof decking, screwed and glued in place" that is not the case at all. The roof decking is very very thin, it buckles under me when I got up there to check my roof seals and no i'm not overweight that It buckled under me. The whole RV is a mess, there are way too many issues. Gulf Stream takes absolutely no pride in their company or their product. There is absolutely no reason that this RV should be having all these issues, and no reason for a non walk on roof. Gulf Stream really needs to improve on their quality control. I sold this unit, and bought a Coachmen Viking, and the Coachmen Viking is a lot better with the quality, the only issues I had was a couple trim items were not cut correctly and needed to be shorted. Avoid Gulf Stream and go with a Coachmen Viking/Clipper you won't regret spending a little bit more money for a way better RV. Show less

Excellent experience, easy to set up, remote led exterior light package , new interior, roof, transmission, tires, driveshaft, and brakes. All cushions and mattresses replaced inside, and toilet is also new. Show less

We took possession 04/07/2023 after being towed from Florida gernzy’s RV World to Paw Paw, MI. To date we have 12/13 items don’t work, broken, etc. problems. Including furnace, air conditioner, hood fan motor ‘worn out repairman said’, bathroom door from kitchen latch broken, shower leaks, plumbing in kitchen not attached, outside trim on back curbside damaged w/possibility of raining in, slider door latch broken, shower door doesn’t shut properly, stabilizing jacks screws rusted, water leak on floor in front of refrigerator. I’m sure I’ve missed something but I’m sure you get the idea. Still keeping in mind we bought it brand new. I’ve had contact with salesman and the customer service person. They have given me phone numbers of repairmen but none have fixed anything. To date we paid $750. Out of pocket and nothing is fixed! Show less

This is an update on a previous review. Camping World / Coldwater Mi. Has completed our repair as of this date it has been in repair since Oct 2022. Due to the slide cracking the fiber glass .They have to find someone to fix that. Gulf Stream will not cover any of the repairs even tho it was due to a cracked weld. This was the second one. Please Please if looking for a motorhome be aware that there is no lemon law and once you purchase they will not care if it is correct or not. Gulf Stream does not seem to have anyone that want to communicate and or look at problems in the repair departments . This is our second motorhome ……first one we had for over 20 years Show less

I have written a review previously, this is additional information. Problem with motorhome: Falling clothes rod Bathroom door not staying shut Trim falling off Linoleum buckled Screws not in correctly under recliners Leaking shower and unstable shower head fixed x 3 Replaced air conditioner Gray/black monitor reversed Weld on bed frame broken took months to get part. Only found due to leaking shower and concerned area might have water damage Now since Oct.2022 weld on slide broke ,now crack in fiberglass. Gulf Steam will not cover the weld. Asked us if we towed a vehicle….yes we do a Jeep wrangler Thank You Gulf Stream for nothing but heart ache and a loss of our money. Show less

We are not first time MH owners. Our Jayco was 24 years old and still looked and ran like new. 2018 ( 2 years before retirement) we bought our Conquest. The list of repairs after one trip to a race 50 miles from home : Door to bathroom would not stay closed. Closet rod fell down and could not be put back up. Shower leaked and shower head came loose from wall. Flooring we found buckled after putting slide out. Trim fell from above booth. These are just some. Was in shop most of the winter. Levelers have been replaced and now need replacing again. Main slide is not working . It has been at Camping World since oct 5 2022 and so far not fixed yet. We only have 14,000 miles on it and most we put on going from Lima ,Ohio to Coldwater, MI for repairs. The sad part is There is No customer service . Once they sell that MH. The factory does not care and either does the sales company whomever they happen to be. We hope for the best ….It’s now 2 years old retirement not how we planned. Carol Ronken Show less

My husband and I received our Conquest July of 2021 . The craftsmanship is horrible, the sink leaks, hot water heater leaks, the toilet leaks; the wood around the bed is splitting. We have taken it out 3 times and 3 times we have had to fix something. The dealership that we purchased the camper from (Alexander’s RV) has been useless they had the camper for 3 months and when we took the camper out , we had the same problems. I do not recommend anyone buying a Gulf Stream travel . We have owned 3 new campers previously with no issues but Of course they were not Gulf Stream. Show less

The 323tbr is a great first time camper, the price for the space was unbeatable. Roomy bunk house for the kids and spacious living room in the middle leading up to an adequate front bedroom. The bathroom while not the largest one I've seen in a camper, it wasn't the smallest one either. It comes with a small bath large enough for the kids. The shower on the other hand, if it wasn't for the sky light in the shower my 6 foot a.. would be hunched over. The outside kitchen is nice, the stove works but with the cheap drawer slides it's only a matter of time before it comes falling down. The fit and finish is something you come to expect from campers now adays. Screws not it sold wood, barely holding on to 1/8 plywood. Bench seats held together with staples that broke the first time sitting on. Shower leaking onto the floor do to it not being installed level to the trailer. Crappy welds on the hitch that look like they could brake at any minute. A fridge that despite what I was told by the salesman is electric only. Drip cap on the outside of the camper that is held on by small amounts of caulk and even less screws, if they are even screwed in. The bunk bed is held together by the same staples as the fore mentioned bench seat and after the first time sitting on the lower bed it snapped. After further review one side was screwed in and the broken side was stapled. The bathroom door, after being fixed by dealer twice, still never shuts right. I finally fixed it myself along with the bench seat, the bed, the drip cap, the table, the tv antenna, the TV bracket, the outside kitchen door that was held up by pressed cardboard. This RV was a great way to get out of the house this past summer. the only issues we had was finding the literature on how to work everything, other than that me and my wife, kids and pets had a blast enjoying our trips together. the best thing I found on this RV was how easily it was to set up and tear down camp.
