After a few factory adjustments of a slide out and roof mounted accessory seals, our coach has performed great. The F550 has plenty of power to make driving a pleasure, even while towing and the ride is comfortable. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Did build a platform in front of shower and commode as the floor height wasn’t quite right. Also, the front of the rig sits 4” low when on level ground so it requires pads under the tires when level to keep them from coming off the ground. Show less

This R V has offered a very good driving and camping experience on trips between Pacofic Northwest and New Mexico. The ability to sleep eight if needed has been very useful to our family. Hauling/ towing ability is also a nice feature. The Ff 350 base has lots of power. Show less

We have only owned our 2024 Entegra Vision XL 36C for 3 months and taken two 7-9 day trips. Love the floorplan, it is almost perfect for us. Love: King size bed, bath and half, storage (inside and out), CCC, fireplace heater, cabinet above fireplace, electric recliners, 50" Smart TV on lift, electronic control panel and lighting, ice maker in full size fridge, storage in half bath, oven, Farmhouse interior, and comfortable seating in cab. Dislikes: Larger size makes it more challenging to drive/park/get gas, tight with slides in, not full body paint, lack of storage in bedroom wardrobe and kitchen (but panty in kitchen makes up for it), there isn't an electric reel for power cord. I hope this post will help others avoid the disasters I have been through. I will try to keep it short, but I could write a book about my experiences with this MH. First I want to say by profession I have been a Corporate Jet Technician for over 40 years meaning I need to be able to troubleshoot and repair all the systems on sophisticated Jets. I purchased a brand new 2023 Entegra Reatta XL 39BH in June from General RV Center in Ashland VA. This dealership only cared about receiving their money for nothing in return. The person who was suppose to show me around the MH knew nothing about the coach! I asked him very simple questions and he did not know any of the answers. This caused problems for me since the MH does not come with a manual. That's right Spartan ships you the manual weeks after you receive the MH and Entegra did not have any 2023 manuals and still don't till this very day! I was emailed a 2022 manual days later after complaining to Entegra. How can you not provide a manual with a product?There are differences between a 2022 & 2023 models. Getting back to General RV Center. I asked if the Diamond coating was applied to the MH because to me it did not feel as if it was. The person I asked looked through the paperwork and came back and said it was not applied. I told her that I paid for it. An hour later I was told that it was indeed applied, hmm. The finance manager came to me to let me know that he could not honor my locked in interest rate because of the rising rates. I asked him what part of locked in do you not understand. More to that story if someone wants to know. I rented a car one way to Ashland. I needed to return the car about 10 minutes away and asked the dealership if someone could pick me up from the rental car facility and they said no they did not have anyone that could do that!! In 2019 I purchased a 2017 Newmar Ventana from Midway RV center in Grand Rapids. What a difference, the person who showed me around that MH knew everything about it and they were always there if needed. So, through all that i am still excited and drove my new MH home the next morning. On the way home I discovered that the generator will only run for about 10 min and quit. When I got home I discovered that it was shutting down due to overheating. After trouble shooting it on my own (no help from General RV and Cummins has not returned a call from me or Entegra till this day!) I found that the cooling system was air locked, so that was an easy fix. Then after getting the generator to run I discovered that none of the AC units would come on line. After trouble shooting with Entegra and changing a control panel I discovered that it was wired wrong from the factory! This really pissed me off because they didn't check this on a check list before leaving the factory??? Please note that if I wasn't able to do this myself the local service centers were 4-6 weeks out before they would look at it. So, I said to myself I better get under this MH and give it a good looking over. I was shocked in what I found. Loose wires hanging down, wire bundles being held up by single wires, missing insulation, trim pieces falling off, loose latches and more! If this was an aircraft it would have been grounded! I know I was a fool for not doing this before taking it home, but I thought Entegra was a reputable company. Speaking of which, in my opinion the all around quality and finish of Newmar was hands down far superior to Entegra. I drove my Newmar for one year and 10,000 and had only one minor problem. Also, in my opinion you are better off buying a used MH that has the bugs rung out, and once out of warranty you can have anyone work on it! A few days later we left on our first trip planning to go from SC to PA and then on to Lake George NY. On the morning leaving PA upon getting on the highway the transmission started to act abnormal. I pulled off the highway and pulled into a gas station. I shut it down hoping to reset the MH and when I tried to start it again it would not start because the MH thought that the transmission was in drive. So, after speaking with Spartan and trying various things it was determined that it had to be towed to a service center. The tow was arranged through Coach-Net. So, after two days and four different towing companies (I am not kidding) my new MH was towed to a service center who said that they would get on it that afternoon or by the latest the next morning. It was towed to a Freightliner dealer because there was no Spartan dealers near by. So, there it sat for 4 days while my wife, grandkids, and my dogs stayed in a hotel before anyone ever looked at. I don't know why this service center said that they would look at it immediately and then did not. After 5 days it was determined to tow my new MH from Lancaster PA to Harrisburg. In my mind the problem had to be the transmission brain box or the controller at the drivers seat. I begged Spartan to send me the parts and I would swap them out but t Show less

Purchased a 2022 Entegra Esteem 29V. I’ve had it for one week at time of review and have driven it 60 miles to home and haven’t traveled or camped yet in it. So, far as quality of material used it is on the upper scale. Quality of manufacturing, it wouldn’t surprise me if the assembly line supervisor had walked out of his/her office held up a stop watch and said “see how fast you can put one together and said GO“as they started the watch. The paint has runs in many places, the wiring underneath has been ran and tied up by a child or a person in such a hurry it’s almost dangerous. The entrance stair box you can see the concrete through the seams, and the electric shore cord box wire holes leaving had foam sprayed at them but not even close to hitting and sealing them. Both a/c grills on the interior were installed backwards. Masking tape still hanging all over from painting the coach. They painted up front over cab then spot sealed over paint with white sealer, I know it’s on top but shouldn’t that leak check or quality check been done before it was painted? Many more little craftsmanship flaws. It’s a shame to pay this kind of money and have to go back and correct lots of poor craftsmanship. But to help everybody out on to purchase one or not, at this point I would purchase another but would look it over a lot better at dealer before excepting the coach or leaving from dealership. When we were considering an RV we looked at curb appeal and this unit is awesome and the paint is incredible and very distinctive. We wanted a kitchen that had counter space and this meets that criteria. Plenty of kitchen cabinets space and drawers. The area above the driver/passenger seats has multiple benefits from sleeping (Queen size bed) to large storage area which holds up to 750 lbs. The bedroom has two large closets with 6 drawers and a space behind the TV that privately conceals items. I wanted a coach that had two AC units for insurance against on failing and not having a back up just case one of the units breaks. This coach has two 11000 BTU AC's Either one keeps the coach cool. At night we run the front AC and during the day we run the rear one. Keeps the noise were we don't hear it. I wanted a generator that would permit us to go off road and boon-dock. The 4000 KW Onan generator offers plenty of power running off the coaches gas fuel supply. The storage bays are more than ample space. Wet bay holds filters, hoses, connections and anything related to water. The water heater ran well and provided plenty of hot water for any length shower. The driver side slides provide a lot of space when deployed but also the area in the center is great when you just pull over for lunch or a pit stop. Small enough to get in National campgrounds but big enough to accommodate 2-8 people. Best of all the ride and handling is excellent using the Mor-ride system. Large sway bars, Helwig helper springs and frame to body cushioning make this a solid RV. I added the Safe T Plus steering control to almost eliminate wind sway when large trucks pass. Reduced the RV wander from feet to inches. Plus it made the steering control much safer in the event of a front tire blow out. Save the dollars and purchase this coach used. Use the difference and put the money toward having fun discovering America. Show less

We purchased the unit new, currently we r into our 14th month of ownership and it has been brought back to the dealer I think now 6-8 times for issues. These issues range from seat failures , hydraulic failure, cabinetry, to the most recent of the rear window leaking causing the rear wall to blister. Up until now the longest we have been with out the unit is maybe a week . This time we are into our 4 th week and counting. I called the Entegra CSR one told me the work had been approved and parts ordered like maybe 9/10, I called again today and they told me parts were ordered on 9/28, so which is right. The service advisor at the dealership has always been very professional but friendly. From my small window , it appears that their system needs some major tweaking. We bought this unit so that we could travel in the latter stages of our life , should there not be a Loss of use penalty somewhere? Would we purchase another Entegra, would u after reading this. I think these are accurate statements but I am a senior citizen. God Bless Show less

We took delivery of our 2021 Entegra Odyssey 26M from in Albuquerque, N. M. In April and drove it to our home east of Seattle. After driving the r v for 4,500 miles and camping for 3-4 weeks we have had numerous problems with the coach (15 items). I scheduled a service appointment with a local Entegra dealership and the day of the service appointment their service department called and informed me that they would no longer service a r v that wasn’t bought through their dealership. Apparently Entegra doesn’t provide service through a nation wide system of dealers! We’re fortunate that none of the problems with our RV make it unusable. Show less

This is a great motorcoach with plenty of horsepower and lots of space. The automotive glass on the cab over is incredible for stargazing at night. The water control panel distribution system is one of the best in the industry. Show less

Hot water for only a minute, water pump never has worked, passenger window has wind noise and rattles, oven doesn’t turn on but stove works, dump gages don’t work always 33% even the grey gage and lp tank says 67% always, drawer fell out…And only 10 weeks old…Help Show less
