Let me start we bought the coach right off the showroom floor and first trip out pitiful. We didn’t look over as we should. We noticed that the wood under the fridge is rotten and split all the way up the side. The vents in the ceiling were broken or falling out. The dash was so loose I looked in the floor and there were screw’s everywhere. The auto level still to this day acts up, won’t level and driving down the road the warning lights and alarm come on. The shocks on the doors are falling off. The floor is separating in the bedroom. The steps want to collapse sometimes when walking in. They didn’t paint the corners of the steps inside the coach. Completely rusty when waking in. The bedroom slide leaks every time it rains. The kitchen window leaks every time it rains. Lost all 12v so we were stuck not being able to pull slides in or have any lights or ac. The list goes on and on . Worst part about our whole experience is the dealerships and the factory saying some items are not covered under warranty (are you kidding me it has 400 miles on it ). My suggestion is do not buy this. Save your money and buy a used diesel. You will be totally disappointed on how it drives and how much power it does not have, The factory is a joke and will not talk to the consumer at all. I'm to the point of hiring a lawyer to make them buy it back. Show less

DO NOT BUY!!A new 2020! We have had all three slide out motors replace, (one replaced twice) the fireplace replaced, we are on our third door lock, the washer piping was incorrect so that was replaced, the trim to keep water out of all the side outs were not installed so when it rained water flowed in all the slide outs causing the floor to yellow. The engine has been worked on, under the passenger seat the wires broke and started sparking. There is no way to shut off the maccerator hose so when we drive black water fills the hose. The electric couch is being replaced. The lights above the the Bed was repaired. Working with the Warranty people has been up and down. I traveled to Massachusetts, and they told me that this one isn't for cold weather; however, I have the cold package. DO NOT BUY!!!! We had a Bounder for ten years and never had problems. Show less

Great RV with 2 bathrooms. Love that feature! Full size refrigerator, spacious kitchen, king size bed in master, tons of storage, plenty of room for clothes, spacious shower, tv outside, space is perfect. Show less

Great RV driving it is a great joy. Enjoy the ease of driving and the handling is great. Plenty of room inside the coach with all the comfort of home. Overall quality is great. Best floor plan for our use is excellent. The Entegra Emblem a well built coach. Show less

front cap coming apart blows breakers no a/c on roof unit water pump very loud j ride is a joke the flooring is turning yellow the l shade couch doesn't open correctly tearing flooring vents in ceiling falling out dash board rattle cabinets squeak no a/c in dash board, a_c units very loud i thought i was buying a entegra product to find out its just a thor product not happy have it less than a year and bringing it back to the factory end of October hopefully they can make repairs to make us happy they would not even assist in my travel expenses to and from long Island ny what a joke Show less

We bought this couch in June of 2018. This was a brand new coach. We've had nothing but problems since day one. The major thing is a furnace was getting too hot very loud and vibrating they worked on it five times put a new one in tested it as soon as I put it back in the same problem started it's very hot in the countertops in the bathroom is located with a meat thermometer for registering 132 degrees fire hazard waiting to start. The oven hasn't worked since day one already had to have the slides repaired the mattress is sagging and the floors are poor poor quality I never can't get the combination washer and dryer to not rattle this is a lemon Show less
