Bought our RV fromVan City, Kalispell. Right after we left the lot we noticed the rattled. Stoped and examined it. The entire door was not installed correctly and would not deadbolt. Corp was a bit slow to respond. Took it to camping world for repairs. The back and forthwith approval process took over a month. The day I picked it up, while leaving the lot water dumped from the upper console. Brought it back. Upon inspection the seal between the roof and cab was gone. They sealed and did water tests, more leaks, side seals and around lights. Finally got it back. First camping trip the shower wall cover snapped in two places. On top of that the hydraulic jacks would not stay up, they kept coming down on their own. On the way home the engine light came on. Mind you , we bought this New n Show less

We were excited to get this RV several years ago. The bloom fell off the rose in a short time. It is complicated to use. On one trip the stabilizers would not go down. We had to take it in for service to get the settings reset. On another trip the slide did not work. Had to have help with that too. It is ok if you are mechanically inclined but it is not for someone who just wants to rely on the ability to get up and go. We had another basic Class C RV for 19 years and did not experience as many problems with that basic RV as we have with this luxury RV. Do not think we would get this again. Show less

Mercedes Sprinter is excellent. Paint job is beautiful. eGen seems to work fine, but is very complex to operate. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS ALMOST NO CABINET SPACE!!! I called the factory to ask why no cabinets over the theater seats or the bed and they said weight. (Seems that other brands can have these cabinets, why not Dynamax. I am looking to trade it in and its a 2025 model, and brand new. It just isn't liveable without enough storage inside. Show less

Have 24 ft Dynamax isata 3 with recliners instead of table and chairs. This RV is just Ok. Not sure if we would buy it again. It is 4 Years old I thought that we were buying a luxury model RV but the quality is marginal. The shower walls needed to be supported as the vinyl or plastic was not adhering to the walls well. Also the bottom of the shower leaked and I had to put caulking at the bottom of the shower to keep the water in the shower. The batteries did not last very long and needed replacements after 3 years. The outdoor shower leaked and had to be fixed. The 3 way water input dial broke off and we had to have a costly repair on the road. Last thing to happen today is the automatic leveling system quit. Repairs and maintenance are very expensive. The trim inside the Isata is flimsy. The curtain for the bed above the drivers and passenger seat has screws that fall out of the track that hold the curtain. Service at the Mercedes dealer is very expensive. Single air conditioner is small and cannot keep up with temperatures 90 degrees or higher. It is the best driving RV that we have had though. Knowing all of this I do not think that I would buy another. We had a 29 ft Class C Searcher with a Ford for 19 years!!!! No troubles with the Searcher. Not costly to maintain. Disappointed in the Isata 3 Dynamax. Show less

Dear Jamie: My husband Bill & I are writing to say thank you so much for all you have done for us. We are tremendously impressed with Forest River and how they have handled our complaints. We originally went to the dealership where we bought our RV and they said that they had contacted Forest River and were told nothing could be done about the issues regarding the peeling bathroom door and rear upper shock attachment bolts that had snapped off. This is when we took matters into our own hands and contacted Forest River on our own. You wrote us back immediately saying you would look into the matter and get back to us. Within a few weeks we had a brand new bathroom door delivered to us and then a few weeks later a cheque arrived in the mail for $500.00 compensating us for the work that the Mercedes Dealership charged us. We are totally impressed by the integrity of Forest River and how this was handled. We are going to be giving Forest River a great review online! Thanks again, Jayne & Bill Show less

The automatic levelers on the front collapsed and had to be totally replaced. After inspection, it was determined they were not installed properly and the design was faulty. I contacted the manufacturer and received no help. They wined about warranty being expired. I claim this is a manufacturing problem and a severe safety hazard. After almost four months, they to pay for parts but nothing else and want to jack me around with paperwork. I'm going to file a claim with the National Traffic Safety people as the jacks could fall off or at the least leave you stranded with the jacks will not retract. By the way, the fuel economy is not that good. Show less

Excellent experience and tow capacity. Great fuel mileage and Dynamax Quality. This is by far the best floorplan. Dual AC units with heat pumps, 3 TV's. This is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this chassis. Show less

This is our first RV, bought it as a Covid mobile in August of 20 to go back and forth from Florida to DC and Maine in the summers. It took a little while to learn all the systems and quirks of the RV, but once we got that down we have generally been pleased. We bought the RV from a dealer in Maine, but have had it serviced in Florida where we spend most of the year. Dynamax set us up with a mobile RV repair company that has been great to work with. We definitely had a few warranty issues including: water leaks, sink replacement, window issue, toilet issue and a few others. It took a while to get everything right, but overall we are happy. We have recently considered downsizing to a Class B, but we don't want to give up the livability and comfort of the Isata 3. We feel you get a lot of comfort and technology with Dynamax. Our Isata 3 was completely usable during the shakedown period so don't let the nuisance items scare you away from buying one. Dealers seem to push the FW variant, but I would recommend the RW, the slides are smaller and seem to have less problems. The storage on the RW is the best I have ever seen in a Class C and that is really the magic of the Isata 3. You can pack a lot of stuff into one of these (word of caution, be mindful of the vehicle's overall weight). It's very easy to exceed the recommended safety limits if you pack it to the gils and fill all the tanks. The Mercedes chassis is great, I wish Dynamax would use a higher end chassis with all the integrated advanced Mercedes safety systems instead of using after market options. My coach has every safety system you need its just not as elegant the OEM MBUX system. Dynamax does add side and rear cameras, lane assist, CarPlay etc. From a resale perspective, the Isata 3 definitely seems to hold its value, I have had two dealers offer more then we paid for ours on possible trades. My only real knit is the coach is a 2020, but the chassis is a 2018, we had expected the new Mercedes Sprinter Chassis and were disappointed not get it, but the dealer really took good care of us and I feel like they gave us a very fair price. I also think a coach of this level should have a macerator sewer pump like Airstream, but that's probably a product Forest River cutting costs when they acquired Dynamax. Overall, I recommend this coach. Show less

This has been the worst purchase we have ever made. We have owned our Isata 3 for 3 months and have yet to be able to use it. The generator doesn’t run, the slide doesn’t work properly, the awning is falling off, and these are just the large issues. There seems to be no quality control at Dynamax. Additionally the experience at the dealer has been less than stellar. Lazy Days has not found one issue during what they say is an extensive check list that they go through before delivery. They continue to deliver the unit to us with multiple problems that we then have to identify and then return the unit back to their service department. There is no communication or interest from either Dynamax or Lazy Days to resolve a very unhappy customers concerns. Show less
