Cruiser RV Stryker 3212 reviews

Overall we loved it at first but then the problems started. First we had two blowouts. First one there was no damage . Second one destroyed wheel wells and side of camper . Took to a tire shop and they referred to the manufacturer installed tires as China bombs . Just overall cheap tires. Replaced with 4 new better quality tires and no problem since. Second problem was doors kept coming off tracks . Next we went to install solar display in area where they put sticker only to find once we cut wall open they had installed pvc vent in same area. We also have had several problems with the awnings working when they want . Last major problem is soft spots in living room and master bedroom making it not being able to use. Will have to tear everything out to make repairs. Camper is not worth the money. Show less

Quality control is the worst I have ever seen. We had to vacuum and wipe down everything because of the saw dust and construction debris. First trip the heater blower stopped working. The squirrel cage came apart and was destroyed. The front stabilizer jacks didn't work, a wire was not installed correctly. The skirting flaps so bad going down the road that some of the side light covers came off. On the third trip the water pump quit working, had to have it fixed. We have to reset the thermostat every trip. 1 year and 3 months the skirting on the right side was destroyed from the wind on the highway. Cruiser wouldn't help because it was 3 months past the 1 year warranty. The bedroom door keeps coming of the track when traveling even though it's latched. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN RV FROM CRUISER. i have owned the camper for just over a year.It has been at the dealership almost 6 months. Bought camper with onboard generator and from first time using it radomly shuts down. Its been back and forth 3 times and still is not fixed.Cruiser customer service is horrible.Yes they approve the claims but do little to help.I do not recommend buying anything from them. Show less

We have loved our Stryker every trip we take it out. The best feature of this toy hauler is the side patio under the awning. We use it constantly and love the outside tv as part of it. Constantly get positive comments from other campers intrigued by it. Everything has worked great in two years of using it. One suggestion for cruiser would be to offer a queen bed to provide more storage and walk around room in the master bedroom. Show less
