We absolutely love our Coachman Chapparal 360IBL! We purchased it new in 2020, and have never had any major issues or problems with the unit. The floorplan is spacious and perfect for full time living, or weekend trips. The mid bunk completes the setup as it can be used as a second bedroom, or office. Lock on front cubby was not installed but found under the floor mat. Tried to install but doesn't fit so cubby doesn't lock. The counters were not level and the gap between the stove and counters was over an inch. Dealer did install metal strips to cover up so food wouldn't fall between. No handrail so tried to install one on wall but the walls are foam and have no skeletal frame to connect to so had to install on steps going up to bedroom after the screw holes were covered back up. Drawers in bathroom and bedroom are so off kilter they don't shut evenly and always have a gap. The shower faucet wasn't tight behind the faucets and leaked behind the wall. removed faucet and tightened the fittings. The wires behind the wall for the hall lights had been cut, taped in the uncut place and therefore the lights didn't work until the wires were put together properly. Don't like the little refrigerator on the outside, would rather have that as storage space in the kitchen. The TV cable and plug in were never put in as it was omitted because of a design change so the dealer had to install one before delivery. The shades don't go up very easily and removal seems to be too difficult without destroying them. Something more permanent such as day/night shades of a better quality cloth. Do love the layout of this camper. We had a used1993 Coachman years ago. The quality of the 2024 compared to the 1993 is quite disappointing. The dealer was cooperative with most of the issues but most issues were taken care of by us as it sets on a permanent site and we don't have a vehicle to tow it back and forth 27 miles with every issue. Hope since the COVID ordeal is over the quality of ALL campers starts to go back to better quality. Show less

Bought it used from a guy that wasn't an RV guy. Once I got the bugs worked out of it caused by him, love it. Great quality and sound RV. Tows easy with my 3/4 ton. This is my 2nd Coachmen and I am always happy with the build quality. Believe me when I say, they are not all built the same at all. Show less

This is the worst RV with no Help from Buckeye RV Jeffersonville Ohio and Wilmington Ohio. Major Leak under Sink from Faucet Awning Weak Frame Leak under shower (2 Times) Floor Moving Crack Bathroom Sink Led Lights not working DVD player not working under Mattress there is moisture OSB has mold The Service Department said today that campers are not made to last forever. They said for me to contact Forrest River. I told them why we was not told this up front at the time of sale This Camper we paid 75 + K is not a year old. Would not recommend to No One Show less
