The quality is very nice and the One shell design is really the biggest plus to me. Not having to worry about roof leaks is a huge thing, the quiet ride, and The painted body is just top of the line. It's got everything you would need in a rv with some extra comforts. Also one major thing about these COACH HOUSE MODELS is that they aren't thrown together cheaply...Built with precision. Built tough.

My husband and I have been researching RVs, and we’ve decided that a Coach House is the perfect one to meet our needs; however, our budget dictates that we focus our energies on trying to find the best used one we can with the lowest mileage for the lowest and best price that we can handle. You see; I’m disabled with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and have other other things to take into consideration too. Anyhow, the mileage shown for this 2007 Coach House is 0, which we understand can’t be right, so can you please tell us the correct mileage for this RV? Thank you! Anne

Drives like a dream at 75, very sleek w/ minimal wind resistance. Galley is fantastic, bathroom is roomy. Fold out couch very comfortable. The Garmin system takes a little learning but very helpful. Marine latches on all cabinets no rattle. Set up w/ Dish on the winguard antenna. AC, Heater, etc. all work really well. I love this rig but one of my dogs Luther doesn't ride so well and I bought it for them. I'm in no rush to sell.

Great unit, drives nice. Top quality components. Tv, antenna, toilet. Awning...all upgrades comparied to other MFRs.
No experience with warranty as we have no issues with unit.

I bought it in very poor condition at 26,000 miles 23 years old. I love the overall style, length and floor plan, which is why bought it (cheap). The cabinets are of a lower grade, the siding is a lower grade of FG and the mattress is super cheap.
The private toilet closet of Damon has always been a big plus in my view of owning an RV. And I have had ten or more in forty years.
Preasently, I am polishing siding in preperation for a wax job, and you can see the fibre glass mat behind the jelcoat. You cannot see it on the FG nose or back piece, which is very large and molded quite nicely. Just wish they had not used a cheap grade on the sides.
Other areas I have had to modify to a higher qhality and most likely not done doing that. I see myself being about 80% complete on restoration. When I'm done, it will be very nice, but no R.R..
I put dual exhaust on it to repair the typical manifold problems GM has (overheating), and will also build a cold ram air for it.
I have had it three months and spent about two grand so far on parts. I am sure I am not done spending.
