Front cap faded badly and dealership refused to replace it. Said Forest River warranty was time limited. Later discovered that limit was until 2019. My request was made in 2017. Still refused to replace it.

Had issue with furnace not working properly from the start and could not get Cedar Creek nor Suburban to make it good. Now it's stopped working all together in below freezing weather and they refuse to replace furnace because the warranty has expired, even though it's documented it has never worked...read more

This is poor customer service.
