Bought the unit mid December 2023 , started leaking from main water manifold within 3 weeks. Took almost 7 weeks to get dealer to look at it. With a list of 19 different things to be addressed we dropped the rig off mid April on August 23 2023 the dealer called to ask me to call alliance because the whole kitchen floor, and stairway to the front bedroom have extensive BLACK mold and needs to be replaced and they want us to sign paper work to be responsible for payment if alliance won't. This the poorest plumbing work I have seen ( I'm a renovation contractor for 45 years and I've seen a lot of bad work) 118,000 dollars us -180,000 canadian we paid cash, they got their money we are getting the shaft. My advice make payments so you can get warranty work done without being out of pocket. Second avoid Alliance! Rv.

The floor plan is what sold us on buying this unit. Very good layout for full time RVers. However, once we moved in the overall poor quality started revealing itself. Ist visit after 1 month of living was to resolve dead USB port, island misalignment and main awning hitting slideout cover when extending/retracting. Turned out that Alliance had failed to connect USB port and failed to screw island to floor. 2-1/2 months now and we are scheduled to return to dealer for a second time. This time lights are flickering/surging, multiple breakers are constantly tripping, and the USB port that was repaired on previous service is dead again. One of the gray water tank valves is not sealing allowing constant drip (note - this was happening since first owned but didn't have time to fix on first dealer visit for repairs). This is my 3rd fifth wheel ownership and never had the problems with workmanship and features failing as I've had with this unit. If problems continue I will be looking for another brand to replace with.

I recently purchased a 2023 Valor. The dump valves were labeled incorrectly and spent a gret deal of time getting diagnosed and remedied . I also Had a counter that was cracked that has been a nightmare to get rectified even though the dealer claimed they would take care of it. I ultimately am paying out of pocket for this as well.  I purchased a 2022 Paradigm. The furnace needed to be replaced before I even used it, one of the AC units is not working. Only found out due to trying to use it for the first time. To top it off the water tank just fell out of it as I was driving down the road. So I will not have to get this addressed.  I have yet to have both trailers in working order at any point since I have owned them due to needing warranty repairs done. This has caused me a great deal of stress, time, money, frustration, and not being able to use the products that I have spent over 250k to purchase from your company.

Loved the floor plan. Had a 2019 Solitude. But couldn't get any responses from manufacturers. Bought the Alliance and have been totally happy with the support from the factory reps! Very responsive! The unit was solid, well built and with very few issues since day 1. This is my 3rd year camping with it. Last year from early May to late October we camped 13 weeks of camping at several different sites. We (my wife and 2 dogs) usually camp a week or two at a time and travel all over New York State and Pennsylvania primarily. Love it would do it again in a heart beat..

They're receiving one star because they chose not to put dayshades in the back of the coach and only in the front. When I pointed it out to the manufacturer they simply said we'll advise our general manager. Not putting day shades in the back of the coach as opposed to just the front of the coach is like carpeting 1/2 a house when you buy it; sorry we only put carpet in the living room you'll have to worry about what's gonna go in the bedroom.. It clearly States in the brochure that there are day shades included, it doesn't say half the coach has day shades. When you spend the money for a coach like this it is disappointing and it really cheapens the model and the manufacturer when in fact there not there. Some would even consider it's deceptive. I'll be checking on that part.

JUST DO NOT BUY IT!! I read all the reviews and did all the research and I must have gotten the ONLY Lemon they have ever made! I bought a 370FB off the show room in hopes of having the perfect "Home on Wheels" Three weeks in this brand new camper and I have had nothing but work and repairs for the entire time. The Entry door separated, leaky toilet, crown molding coming off the walls, water from the shower leaking under the walls, refrigerator lock broke, faulty plumbing that caused black water issues, the 3 AC units filters are covered with dust after just 2 weeks, and even the nice recliner quit working after just one week. ALLIANCE = MY BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER! Photo 1 of 1
