This Alliance is the 4th RV I’ve owned. It is, by far, the best of the 4. The quality, performance, reliability and practical ease of use is far superior to the other brands I’ve owned. And, as for a new RV, the factory warranty and service I have received from Alliance RV has been way better than anything I experienced from the other brands I owned. As with any brand new RV, there are always some things that need attention, especially after some road miles and use. When those things came up, Alliance RV did everything in their power to make sure my customer experience was even better than I expected. And it has been nothing short of awesome. I doubt I will ever own any other brand again. From the top ownership of the company to each service agent and technician, they have earned my appreciation and loyalty!

The floor plan is nice and livable. Towed well on our first trip. Screws holding the cheap plastic fenders and both brackets broke, almost lost the fenders and had to stop several times and tighten screws. Loaded the RZR and one glass sliding rear door fell off its hinges. Unloading, both doors fell, could have seriously injured anyone close. The floor flexes and allows the doors to slip off the hinges. Solar panel’s were wired wrong, several hours and head scratching later I wired it and works great. Just noticed a big patch of rust that was painted over, will have to grind it out and paint it correctly. Salesman bragged up this brand and the factory, I would not recommend. Also, 24” range will not light, have to use a lighter, oven will not light either. Cannot get parts for this. I bought this used in “new” condition. Alliance has been pleasant to talk to but will not help us. Do not buy!

We purchased a new 2021 385 L Paradigm from Ron Hoover in Katy TX. This was our 4th RV and were so excited to get it. However we immediately began having problems with window and several of the slides, sinks, window, and toilets leaking just for starters. The recliners was bent and would not fully extend, the refrigerator kept going out and ruining the food, our black tank was leaking, the door would not make contact well enough to close and we would have to slam and pull hard multiple times to try and get it to close, molding starting coming away from wall. The paneling has visible nail holes We took it to Ron Hoover to get these items fixed and get an estimate on getting a crack in the wall fixed. We purchased a more expensed full time living camper because my husband works 7 hours from home and lives in it while he is at work. We brought the camper to Ron Hoover in Katy and they had it for over 6 months and many of the items they said they fixed are not nor were we able to get an estimate on getting the paneling fixed where it is cracked which was not a warranty issue. We have been extremely disappointed in the quality of this RV compared to the other brands we have purchased and with Ron Hoover's service department.

This is our third RV, first 5th wheel. We have had no major issues, just some minor easily fixed items that I took care of myself. The only "big" issues were not the fault of the manufacturer or dealer, just the component manufacturer. We had a fail on start issue with the furnace that looked like a flag switch, (fairly common failure), but didn't respond when I replaced that switch. ($19). I had my regular mobile guy come out and he discovered that the wire had detached inside the back of the furnace. Not an install mistake, a furnace factory issue. Reconnected and all fine. Also a refrigerator issue that would shut the fridge off when on propane. My same mobile guy is a factory certified guy for Norcold and he told me it's a common thing for them. We had to wait for a replacement switch but I jumped the circuit to get it operational. Without question the best unit right out of the box of any we've bought. And unbelievable customer support. I sent Alliance an email with a question on a Sunday morning, (Christmas Day), expecting to hear from someone on Monday and received a phone call back within 20 minutes.

We started off this experience by doing our homework and reading all we could find on the web. Watched countless videos with all problems being minor little glitches everyone was having. Absolutely fell in love with the floor plan as we travel for work and this would be home away from home. When we went in for our walk thru with the dealership we found water under the kitchen table pooled near the wall. Since they had just finished washing the unit we asked that they spray it again. Water was coming in through the window. They checked it out and said it was due to the plug’s being installed in weep holes on bottom instead of the top. They fixed it and said it was good to go, by then it was past closing and our walk thru was over. Once home the issues started as we found the washer dryer prep was not even close to installed properly, the radio didn’t work, and several small trim issues were found. We informed the dealership which asked us to bring it in which wasn’t an option since we were leaving for work the following day. We went about 11 hours to the campground we were staying at and found both lower slides open several inches. The jacks were not functioning properly and I had to manually operate them to level the camper. After getting everything hooked up I tried the auto level again and it came on and did its thing. Turned on the heater and figured out that the living/kitchen area had very little heat coming out of the only vent provided. The guest bathroom on the other hand would melt the skin off your face it was so HOT! We stayed for 2 weeks and had several small issues. Week 3 and the toilets started leaking, the check valve in the water inlet stuck shut, the stove won’t stay lit and randomly shuts itself off, the microwave has a mind of its own and makes some awful noises. We were finished so we decided we’d just take it in and have these things fixed. After arriving home and giving the list to the dealer we opened it up and went inside to get out a few things we’d need. We found food and bottles broken from inside the refrigerator all over the floor. When we tried to open the fridge we figured out it had come completely loose and fell inside the cabinet not allowing the doors to open. They plastic trays were broken from the fridge disaster. When we open the drawer next to it to get cleaning supplies the drawer fell and hit the floor. The drawer slides were attached to a board but the board itself just had 2 screws into the paneling. After checking the other 2 drawers they were the same but hadn’t completely ripped through the paneling yet. When we went to wipe out the microwave we could see where it was arcing from the door to the facing. It’s a wonder it didn’t short out and burn the camper to the ground. As it stands every appliance has some sort of problem and at least 2 will need replacement. This choice in products has been the absolute worst decision we’ve made. We’ve owned Grand Design, and Forrest River and they’ve had their own quarks but never left us in an unlivable situation. We purchased a brand new camper and received a patched together mess. When the list was completed the dealer had 38 different items to address. The icing on the cake was the jacks quit with the dealer standing there. Which he jumped in to show this dummy how and ended up saying I’ve never had one do this before. We were lucky enough that when it quit it was almost off and we were able to pull out from under it. We’ll see what they do and whether they make it right??

We just bought this RV for full time living. Really love the layout and the space. Just as with anything once you live in it for awhile you find things you wish were different. I have found a few small issues and since I have heard that Alliance takes owners feedback into new designs I thought I would let you know my opinions. There are two cabinets in the kitchen (above the microwave and refrigerator) that open up. It would have been really helpful if the hinges on the doors would stay open until you close them. I am short and have to climb on a step ladder to use these cabinets and it is really hard to do everything while one hand is holding open the door. My husband is going to replace the hinges so they will do that. The two sinks in the RV are also a problem. The kitchen sink is flat, so all the water does not drain out of it, and it always looks dirty. The flat bottom causes a lot of water to spray up the sides so always a lot of residue in this sink. The same goes for the U shaped bathroom sink. Always has some standing water in the bottom, so leaves a residue in the sink. Last one, it would have been nice to have a towel bar/handle on the shower door. Lack of towel racks is difficult. We had to put in a shelf over the toilet to hold towels and other assorted items, which makes the space a little smaller. I still love the RV and wouldn't change it, these are just a few issues that bother me and may not bother anyone else. We are really enjoying living full time in the RV. Thanks Leslie Facer

Just bought a Brand New Alliance RV. We were so excited to try a Toyhauler versus our wonderful Grand Design Reflection. The trade off was losing tons of storage and a better made RV, to get the garage and extra 1/2 bath. We have owned it for about two weeks, just using it to come home from purchasing in Montana, getting a great purchase price. The refrigerator doesn't work, bed in the garage won't go up and down without working on it. The microwave is coming off of the cabinet, TV has no sound. The lights in the bay storage doesn't work. We were told from Bish's RV in Great Falls, MT to bring it closer to home and have it serviced by an Alliance Dealer. Well, at this point we were told if we didn't purchase at said Dealer close to home, they would not service it.. We have pretty much been told to google everything and figure it out ourselves. Luckily Alliance Customer Support have been very helpful, and letting us use a Mobile RV Service Technician. If we could, the unit could go back to the dealer and we would keep the Grand Design. Very dissappointed and wish we would not have bought this. Eventually we will get everything working, but spending over $100,000 for an RV with this many issues was not what we were expecting.

Hello potential buyers of Alliance RV. Watch out what kind of fridge they installed in the RV. I bought my Alliance Avenue few month ago and when I traveled, all food from fridge was on my floor. They do not have door lock on side by side Furrion fridge. When I called Furrion company that makes this fridge, they said you should not have any food in the fridge while traveling. I couldn’t believe it, how can you travel for hours and can’t keep food in the fridge? This is my fifth RV and never had any fridge issues until I bought Alliance. I really hope no Alliance will replace a different fridge for us that is made for the RV’s. I am vey disappointed as I paid $75,000 for new RV. Best to all!
