We have been proud owners of an Alliance RV 385FL for the past 3 years. Like any RV ever made, things are not always perfect. But, our decision to choose Alliance RV has proven, time and time again, to be the best choice in our RV Life. The focus on employee and owner satisfaction is unmatched in our experience. We have had a few interactions with the service teams at Alliance RV and we would not trust our coach to anyone else. This company truly goes above and beyond to help its owners. We decided to move up from our 35 ft 5th Wheel to something bigger because we were going to be on the road 10 months out of the year. We did quite a bit of research and really wanted to stay with the brand we previously had because the experience had been great but I had been watching the social media post from the Allies. (That's the community designed for Allliance owners.) I was overwhelmed by the support I saw in the community not only by members but by the staff at Alliance. And this went all the way to the top with Bill Martin (one of the owners) chiming in with answers within minutes and sometimes late at night. What was so refreshing was the honesty when there was a problem and then the effort that was made to stand behind their mission statement, "do the right thing." We are road warriors and have already put 25K miles on our unit in 13 months! It has been great. My biggest complaint is that they make it so hard to choose. We went to the Tampa show with the unit we wanted determined But while there we saw so many others. Alliance had owners at the event helping those who were looking for a unit. It gave us a chance to chat with actual owners of each unit and talk about lifestyle and so much more. Needless to say we chose a different unit. The quality has been exceptional. The thing we have learned through owning our Alliance Paradigm is that the quality is important, choosing the right floorplan is important, but the most important thing is the integrity and passion of the company you are buying from. When you buy an Alliance RV you become a part of a big family. I could not recommend them any more as a company and their product reflects their passion in what they do. Show less

This RV is fantastic for full-time traveling. There's tons of storage - including an awesome basement. Although a fairly new company Alliance has become one of the best in the business known for it's quality and after the sale customer service. Show less
